After losing 9.000 euro in two months and send many complains to support and after one reply they wont give me any reply. I cant understand that this casino can go on like this. I know that the most casino s with blackjack are cheating but pokerstars is the biggest cheater ever. This fake casino give the dealer every four hands a ace. When the dealer get a 10 Always a 10. Player on 12 Always a 10. Dealer on 15 and 16 75% a low card. Player on 15 and 16 Always busted. Player doubles against 5 or 6 from the dealer most of the time losing. For some reason dealer get 5 and 6 and10 and this wil go on and on. I was so stupid to think once i wil win some money back but that is mission impossible. if you play stakes like 5 dollar sometimes it wil be normal but over 10 dollar the cheating manipulating stealing program started. How the hel can they talk over random. Its very easy to lose 15 hands after eachother but to win 5 hands after eachother is almost mission impossible. So many times when you doubled a low card but here we go again than i think dealer started with a 6 and yess a 10 and a 4 or 5 ALWAYS. I hope that i help  some people never to play blackjack on pokerstars with this information. I hope that once someone can explain to me how it is possible that casinos keep their lisence. How much money these sites wil paid to keep it is for 100% sure. If you try to play these balckjack software good luck but you wil lose everything believe me and good luck

I have to say blackjack must be the least popular game in this forum! I've struggled to find anyone that has anything positive to say about this game!

I have never played on Poker Stars Casino but it is absolutely impossible that the casino is cheating that way. All of the casino games are connected with the server of the software provider and as I see Poker Stars have to offer a games from a reputable software providers. I think that for your loss you can be thankful to your bad luck. I often play Black Jack on the RTG casinos and it happens to have a big loss but also and series of winnings. For an example I will lose or I will win 15th hand in a series.

did you played on software or with live dealer? .. i tried only a few times with software, but now if i play blackjack i always select live dealer with full table

hmm. interesting question coco   i don't know how to answer this.. but when i played at software i had bad results.. so i moved into live dealer with full table. and it was different. in sofware the dealer has at least 7,8 winning hands in a row. at live dealer it was different. i don't know how. maybe because there is much more cards into ˝action˝ and more players.. or i don't know... it was much more real than at software. i think software has some kind of RTP at every session when you open the game.

I would agree with Zeus that I've had better results with live tables but I think that the idea that live dealer is fairer is part of our own prejudice that we have more chance of winning against other live people than the computer system. If you know what I mean..
