What we have done with the AskGamblers Complaints Service /AGCS/ over the last couple of years is not just incredible, it is beyond wildest imagination of anyone who ever dealt with players issues outside the official regulatory bodies of course. I'm still a month away from performing the yearly report of AGCS, but it seems to be the absolute record breaking one in any aspect, including but not limited to amount of money we helped players claim and receive back, total number f submitted complaints, total number of accepted complaints, total number of complainants, etc etc.. It's absolutely amazing to say the least and speak itself that AskGamblers is the absolutely undisputed leader when it comes to solving players-casino issues. Both in terms of numbers and efficiency.
