Betat website offline for maintenance

Hi chaps - I am awaiting a withdrawal from Betat but their site has been down for nearly 24 hours ... this makes me nervous, has anyone any knowledge of problems there please ?

Yes we are aware the site has been down but I have absolute confidence that your withdrawal will be fine with a casino as reputable at Betat. I wouldn't worry too much I'm sure they are just running some maintenance on their site to make it even better for us!

You shouldn't worry about your money though. I'm pretty sure your withdrawal will be processed as soon as BetAT is up and running again. They are under severe DDoS attack and no one could say how much time the recovery is about to take exactly, but sincerely hope they will manage to fix it by the end of the day.

Nope, unfortunately almost 48 hours after the attack they are still down. Must have been a massive one and only God knows how much they managed to destroy from BetAT communications. Sincerely hope that our info is safe and secure though and BetAT IT team managed to cut down any attempts for stealing and/or destroying their database and IT infrastructure.

Oh dear so it was definitely another attack? That's just awful. Have you had any correspondence from them?

A quick update on the situation at hand..

 

Unfortunately we have been hit by a severe DDoS attack again, and it would appear to be a particularly bad one this time around.

 

I'd like to put your minds at rest that we are very much live and operating, and that your withdrawals and balances are 100% safe and will be resumed the second we are back online. 

 

Initial inspections estimate that we could be down for a few days but the length of time is as yet not confirmed, and while I understand that this may be frustrating for you all especially at this time of the year, I assure you that we are doing our utmost to rectify the situation in the shortest time possible in order for services to resume. I will set up a FAQ in order to try and answer the most commonly asked questions.

 

Ill keep you all updated on proceedings and latest information as soon as it reaches me.

I check every day, but its same... i have over 200€ for withdraw at Slotty Vegas. I still wait for answer!!!

I'm afraid we no longer have a casino rep for Betat Casino, however since you've asked I will do my best Monday morning to find out what's going on. I'm afraid our office isn't open tomorrow so Monday is the soonest I could ask. But i'll get back to you Monday

I am guessing they are still under severe ddos attacks and I think its admirable that they dont pay.

 

Had every casino done this, it would be better for everyone except the blackmailers.

 

Nobody hates this situation more than betat and slottyvegas. They are loosing alot more by not paying, but they are doing the rigth thing.

I check their website and I see the games in the background and for some reason I believe they might come up on Monday.

 

I am sure,they are not happy with this situation and they are doing their best to solve these serious issues.

Oh for sure Betat are loosing a lot of money every minute their casino is offline, however of course they have to take these actions for the safety of both them and their players!

Yep! And their site says they've undergone critical maintenance, not all their services are running yet. I'm almost sure these guys will be eager to pricess all delayed withdrawals now.

Okay, so after 10 days being offline, today both BetAT and Slotty Vegas are up and running. These are the good news...

 

The bad news - there's no sign from the bonuses you have been playing at the time when the attack started. It will take another 24 hours /maybe less/ for their team to fix the bonus issues all over players accounts.

Almost three days after BetAT is back and running, it is still a total mess with the accounts which were using bonus funds during the time of the hackers attack. Although I am one of BetAT most loyal and supportive customers in this forum, must admit that I'm feeling a bit disappointed now...

Are there any News  how long it goes till all works fine? Maybe askgamblers could request this at Betat or Slotty Vegas? ( you have an other standing as we players have, when you ask, maybe they give a clear answer and not just some professional "keep the customer quiet" answers)

As a normal player you always receive some friendly, but uninteresting, "we work on it" answers but no clear statement. 

At the moment both sides definetely doesnt work at 100%. (no actual bonus offers, parts of the website doesnt load, slotty has problems to convert bonus funds to real money)

 

A official request from askgamblers to Betat would be nice ( sadly that they have no Rep longer here as a trusted casino)
