I played here when it opened.

First of all, that's a promotion and not an official withdrawal policy! Yes, you have heard right, that's a promotion. It is even stated under the promo tab on their website. And as every other promo, it has a certain period of validity, in this particular case - Start date: 2015-11-12 00:00 CET

End date: 2015-12-31 23:59 CET. 

 

Secondly, this promo applies only for withdrawals up to 1000 USD/EUR/GBP only. On top of all it  applies for withdrawal requests made between 08:00 – 22:00 GMT...

 

Now try to compare this 'promo' with the usual payout time for some of the fastest paying casinos....Obviously, Noxwin has still a long way to walk until it match the best standards when it comes to fast and hassle free payments, but one thing is for sure, they did a huge step in the right direction and for that, Noxwin deserves a huge thumbs up! Well, I don't think they had another option, but to try at first by announcing it as a promotion. Otherwise, they were supposed to change their Terms & Conditions as well as their official withdrawal policy... And you know that once you say to your customers, hey I guarantee 1-hour payments by  my terms and conditions, there is no turning back...
