I know there are no strategies to beat a slot machine, so maybe routine is a better wordchoice.

 

What are your routines?

 

Mine is: 250 spins with lowest bet, then increase the bet for 50 spins (whatever suits your bankroll), then repeat. I usually do this with spinata grande, and then I leave when I'm even or ahead. If I feel like playing more I do the same with other sots, but this is usually a bad idea xD I used to play 5 spins with lowest bet then increase on the sixth, but I figured this would be the same, only faster and less "work"

Set the slot to minimum line bet and the lines I want on(or fixed lines) click advanced settings and type in the amount I want the slot to stop on. For example if I was doing 20 lines with 100 autoplay spins, I'd probably set it to stop on a win of £10-12 or higher. 

 

This allows me to stop for a second assess the situation, was I winning anything good prior to this win?,Is it worth staying or should I bolt to another game? etc..

It's a great way to manage your balance wisely.

On a higher variance game like DOA I'll set it to stop on a win of £15-20 or more unless I am doing a higher bet then I might have it to stop on £35-40 or more.

 

Sometimes on DOA or Reel Steel if I'm tired or off out, I auto play 1000 spins bet size in a good ratio to balance and stop when cash increases by say £45 if on 9p and £80-90 on 27p. The game will auto until it hits that win size great if these games bore you silly too...

 

In general you should begin with bet sizes no more than 2-3% of your balance so for a £100 balance begin with 20-30p spins unless minimum bet is 40-50p if that is the case I'd not exceed that.. Remember this story I had £80 balance and 20p spins wiped me out on Jack and the beanstalk within about 40-45mins. ANY slot can do this to you. Be patient and wait for a good feature of 60-70x bet then up your bet size. I hope my advice helps you!!

I have given up to "force" a payout. if the rng produces only dead spins for a period i take spinning breaks (seconds - minutes - sometimes hours)...

 

however i am aware - i will never beat the slots. i can just succeed in cutting losses...

most important advice i can give is to strictly follow your gambling budget and never ever ever (because i did and i lost money which could have bought me a new mercedes s class - i thought it was less but i was brave enough to roughly calculate my neteller numbers and cc bills)

 

NEVER EVER START TO CHASE LOSSES. you might be smart and be good at maths... you might be right about the probability of a big it is going to happen, soon...

 

the rng does not care about that. the rng simulates random events. simulation is always close to - however it never really meets reality. :-)

 

i still enjoy gambling - and since i manage most times strict control i am happy to enjoy the luxury of being ahead at some places. ;-)

Now, what are my personal slot routines.... I guess I am the one using the most simplest slot routine ever as there are only two option involved - Bust and Blast, whichever of these two has been reached first during the course of play I guess!

Well I don't really have a set way I play each time. However I usually always start at minimum bets because I'm not a huge risk taker and it's never worked out for me when I try other ways. Probably you opened all these games into separate browser tabs, right? Cause I don't know a casino where you could divide your playing screen to more than four different games at a time.

Yes, separate taps 250+ euros. Just under 1 euro each spin.

I've tried this theory before with playing 1 to 3 lines and placing bets up to 3 bucks a spin... It was working at the beginning, meaning that I could easily turn 50 deposit into 150, sometime even 200. But that was all and whenever I tried chasing a bigger win it always ended catastrophically.

As you will know it's not a good idea to do this for an entire session, this method is merely to "build up" a bankroll. It will be costly if you stay on Starburst the whole time

But when I try playing 1-3 lines with bets of 0.50, 1 and above per line then things do not work out and I will end up losing 9 out of 10 times. Maybe just a coincidence. Or not....

I see exactly what you mean the same thing has happened to me many times. That's why I said win big doing it then abandon the game immediately. As you said it does work to an extent but from now on I'll be only doing it until I get a 200x or higher win.

I'm not counting on 50+ x bet wins on Straburst to be honest... Prefer to set the autospin option to stop when balance increase by 100 or more credits /when playing with 0.10-0.20 per line/ and it works almost 50/50. But whenever I try the same 'slot routine' with bets of 0.50+ per line it dies in 90% of the time... Anyways, Starburst in my eyes and experience could be just as bad and ruthless to your balance as any other mid to high variance video slot from NetEnt. If you miss the point to stop and run, it usually means you are already dead.

 

Forgot to add that another of my so called 'slot routines' lately caused me a 2K loss in less than a month. Talking about Creature From The Black Lagoon /CFTBL/... After two wins in excess of 1000 x bet in less than a week, I thought that CFTBL could be just as profitable for Guru as DOA was all through this year... WRONG! But let me tell you more about my routine... 

 

So, I start with 0.40 usually, set the autospin to 250 spins and stop if Free Spins come. Then watching carefully for 100+ x bet win during the base game as it's always /in 90% of the cases according to my own experience/ a very good sign for an upcoming huge win during free spins feature. If it doesn't give a four-scatter feature or 100 x bet during base game I quit the game after 3 features... Then reloading the game and using the same routine... To recap, it turns out to be a huge bust instead of a huge blast and for now CFTBL is assigned a big warning sign "Don't you even think of touching this b***h again!" when it comes to my preferred game's portfolio... Unfortunately

Do you have any suggestions to which slots would be nice with this free spins routine, my only demands are that the slots don't have any bonus games (actually not any slot where you have to do anything active yourself, like secrets of the stones also) and autospin should be set to 1000.
