Please see the terms of use within the casino as it does state below 12. I change Bosnia ID card in last 5 years and they categorized my new documents as fake. I send after that over 15 documents to verify account and they tell me "my account cant be re-opened, that is company decision". I just want back my account, and when my sister try register, system reejcted registration form, because we have some "surname" filter activated on Betfair - forever if i see a good. Yep I'm afraid to say it but I think in this case you may be fighting a losing battle! If this was a reputable casino you were playing I highly doubt that such action would have been taken against you! In future remember to always put your full and correct details! This is just me personal opinion but if a casino accused me of submitting fake documents I'd say 'bye bye see ya later!' and just go elsewhere! Regarding your issue.. Don't want to be the bad messenger here, but your chances are close to zero here as you don't have a valid arguments at all. I'm not going to comment the fact whether this particular casino term is fair or not, however it does exist and must be followed no matter what. Obviously, you failed to provide casino with your complete address and that's clear violation of that casino rule. Casino has the justified right to remove your bonus and/or winnings derived from the bonus. Simple as that... Your only claim here could be to get your deposit back. Hope that helps.
