I'm becoming extremely frustrated and i've been made to feel like a criminal not someone that should be celebrating their winnings! The list of docs they needed was ridiculous. because my boyfriend has my mobile contract in his name I've also had to send in his docs too - which I have. They've also requested that I show thrm my last bill PAID IN FULL . can I ask what right they have in requesting this ? I've never seen anywhere that my mobile contract bill must be paid ..what's it got to do with them ? it's not even due yet which is what ive told them. I wouldn't of minded but once it'd authorised ut then takes another 10 to 14 working days for a bank transfer !!! what also annoys me is that they are happy to continually take money from you without one piece of verification. .yet low and behold you should win then they need every form of Id possible. .in fact I'm surprised they've not asked for my birth certificate yet !! However, hope you did your homework and checked the casino's withdrawal policy or the specific terms and conditions referring to cashouts before you registered there.
