Microgaming and iphone/iPad

Ok. If u r reading this microgaming, I suggest u fix them problems. U r losing a lot of my business and millions of other gamers because you are so out of date with updating your games.

 

90% of the games lag, have no sound and "game error" when the add to home screen option is used. It's impossible to play with iPhone without using the ***** to home screen. Too small.

 

People are flocking to netent and play n go games. U are only hurting yourselves by not fixing this.

 

QUICKSPIN is just as bad. I dunno what else to say.

TS II. BDBA, EAGLES WING, TIGER'S EYE, HIGH SOCIETY to name a few. I barely play them anymore. It's not enjoyable. So many other games.

Because it will be most probably a huge waste of time... NetEnt, Microgaming, Playteh... they are considering themselves gods now and an email from an ordinary  player of their games could take weeks if not months to be answered in the typical BS company style.

 

If you doybt my words, be my guest, try yourself writing to any of these.

The html games microgaming offers for iPhone need to be upgraded. I don't understand why it its taking so long. Starburst had no sound and netent fixed it by changing the game within a few months.

 

Does microgaming understand the seriousness of this? The mobile world is here, just look at your own kids and see how their face is constantly looking at a screen. Some parents can't even talk to them anymore. During a family visit the children are all watching their screens instead of speaking with their elders. I put an end to that a while ago. And that's just kids. Millions of people use their iPhone to play. It is now part of everyday reality. Sad but true.

 

So many games that I am not playing anymore. High society used to be one of my favourite games. Eagles wing and tigers eye.... I just don't bother anymore.

 

Someone with power to get MG to see this please give us an update. I need microgaming.

 

Also, playing the games with puffin is possible. But it's not as nice. These new games for iPhone like dragons myth are just insulting to serious gamers. What's taking so long to put immortal romance and Jurassic park and terminator to the iPhone?

Absolutely spot on my friend! Totally agree with everything you've said.

 

At first it used to be Playtech that I always thought were behind with their mobile gaming but now it's Microgaming! You've already mentioned everything really they also seriously need to add autospin to their mobile games!

Is there a rep from them on here? I don't understand something. This site as an affiliate and for reviews beats any other site around. Even the one that I won 2014 most annoying member. I have used this site as an affiliate over 200 times. I understand the forum is quiet compared to some others but it is important for a rep representing a company like micro gaming present themselves here as they do on the other forums.

 

This is a serious issue. I am fed up of playing useless games when an MG game is not available becAuse of server error! Play n go games make me lose more money than any other provider. What am I supposed to do? Play only netent?? Can't do that. I need to have MG GAMES available and fun to play.

 

Freezing lagging and no sound is 100x worse when I lose as well!

 

Someone please find an MG REP to answer. We have millions of players that need answers.

 

Hours ago I was enjoying TS II, ran balance to 300 from 100 and everything was running smooth and the damn thing went to server error and Couldnt log back into the game.

 

Anyway. Hopefully a rep will be here one day.

I don't even bother playing TSII on mobile anymore! Went through a stage of really liking this game but I have to admit it plays awful on my iPad. The reels don't spin properly and often just land all in one go, much easier to play it from laptop.

 

I don't know why MG haven't realised their mobile platform is a step behind others. Actually is probably as Valdes said they don't bother paying attention to their players in such forums! Which is crazy for a company so big and popular!

He wasn't just a member he was a casino rep if I remember rightly, one of our newest ones, can't remember which casino though! I'll have a look through as well to see if I can find him!
