How do you imagine the perfect casino review in terms of information?

Have always wondered how most online gamblers imagine or expect a casino review made by a gambling related website should look like. I mean, what would you like to see and read in that review mostly. Is it only facts and details regarding the casino? Or you would like to read a lot more about each and every of these details? How about only text without any details? Would you like to read someone reviewed and reported all the little 'traps' within the bonus and general casino terms? Something else?...

You and anyone else here could always rely on my honest opinion about any online casino reviewed and presented in AskGamblers. 

 

What I was wondering recently is that no one in the industry is commenting the terms and conditions of the casino brands presented. Could it be that we all miss the most important part? Because correct me if I'm wrong, but a huge part of all future troubles with a casino and/or its bonus is lying among the lines on the terms... And if an expert try to analyze these terms and come up with several pros and cons to watch for, then I guess it would be very very useful for any player reading that review...

Many traps are hidden in TCs and the fact is,most of us are too lazy to read it when signing up with new casino,correct me if I am wrong .

 

And if there is specific rule under TCs ,player should be aware of,then write it down so everyone can see it.

i think that payment informations in our reviews is enough. i like to see into reviews time frames for withdrawals, how much time do i need to wait for my payment. maybe even how it will goes with verification proccess and that's it.

Okay so for me I like to know a mixture of different things, somethings I don't need to know as I would check for myself anyway. Let me explain:

 

So first and foremost I obviously want to know the gaming providers at the casino. For me the perfect review doesn't need to go into too much details about the games because this is something that I would check before registering anyway. But knowing the gaming providers will tell me whether or not I would even consider looking at the casino.

 

Secondly (and this isn't my order just everything I think would be in a perfect review) I would want to know how I can play at the casino. So is it instant play or download and of course whether or not they have a mobile casino. If they have mobile casino I want to be able know that I can play it from my mobile browser and I don't NEED to download an app.

 

Then a very important part for me is knowing the support options available. If they have live chat I want to know this and whether or not it's available 24/7. If there isn't live chat I'd like to know what other options are available. Also I would like to know what kind of service is offered by the live chat, whether they are multi-lingual etc. Having live chat isn't the be all and end all as we all know. Some live chat facilities are awful and IMO they may as well not have the service. However I understand that something like that is difficult to incorporate in a review as it would come down to personal opinion.

 

Next are bonuses - a review IMO should include whether or not bonuses are available and to what countries they are available to. Just as important are country restrictions for playing in the casino.If the casinos primary language isn't English I would want to know this too.

 

When it comes to banking/security and fairness I'm not overally fussed on whether a review goes into too much information about this. One or two lines would be fine.

 

When it comes to terms and conditions I don't think these should really be included to much, my prefect review would get boring if I was reading the t&c's. Again this is just my opinion. However, your point surrounding terms and conditions Valdes is one well made. And more often or not a problem occurs due to something regarding t + c's. So if something stood out that would appeal to most players then yes I agree this should of course be written in the review.

 

At the moment I can't think of anything else There are of course loads of things I would love to see in a review, but these are things that I can find out for myself.

I agree to all your comments. I think reviews here are really great and include most important info. I think it should be great, if some term and condition cathces would be included in a review. For example, there are casinos which consider bonus active even after you've cleared wagering, sometimes players don't know that and then play with high bets that exceed max bets with bonuses.. A small line in a review like " Bonus is considered active until balance is lost or withdrawal has been made" would help to those who are lazy to read t&c. Correct me if I'm wrong, this just was a quick idea.

For me there is couple important things:

Did my country eligible for bonuses and can register. - current reviews show it, very good.

 

Withdrawals speed and payment options. - current reviews show it, very good.

 

Everything seems very informative, i like it. And what it the most important - it made in very easy and short way. I do not need  read million words to get info.

 

If i could add something, like others already wrote - i want to see some info from experts about terms and conditions. It is always too much to read carefully when you join casino, and if review will contain pro's and con's of terms - it will be perfect.

I do agree, however the only thing I worry about when adding terms and conditions into an official review is they could change at any time and then we could have conflicting information. But I may be totally wrong I just thought this problem could occur???

I think AskGamblers does a pretty good job right now already when it comes to the casino reviews with all relevant information presented in a simple overview. And below that information we can of course gather player comments and get a more detailed view of the casino in question.

 

The only thing I can think of is indeed the bonus terms. We all know many disputes happen over those, and it would always be nice if some little tricky terms get highlighted in advance. Other than that the reviews are great in my opinion.
