Hoping for a smooth withdrawal

Not a thing they put 1400 back to my account and i wasnt aware that it was my withdrawal

here i found it look at this the laast one i never requested

something is going on i looked in my account and it shows refunds for my requests and it showed my balance as refund now i just looked and this is what is says 

29 Sep 2015 440137 View Processed CA $ 2,500.00   Total Credits CA $ 2,500.00  

 

They haven't answered my email i've sent to 3 departments , My money wasnt anywhere i could access they had it and why they put it back ive no idea

Now, regarding your issue. My advice is as follows:

 

1/ Stop playing asap. You said you sent mails to three different casino departments, wait for their replies and don't do anything with your remaining balance. 

 

2/ Casino is obliged to inform you for the reasons why whole or part of your withdrawal has been reversed to your playing balance. If they don't do that or you consider their explanations as unjustified, feel free to submit a complaint using AskGamblers Complaints Service. Please, read carefully all Complaints Guidelines prior posting your complaint.
