Hello Nuclearbomb and welcome to the AskGamblers forum! I've edited your title I hope you don't mind!

 

We'd love to help you with some advice on your withdrawal however we will need some more details first. Could you tell us exactly what's happened since your withdrawal and:

1. Have you heard anything from the casino?

2. Is this your first withdrawal? If so, have you sent your documents and have they been verified?

 

I've just checked our complaints history for Ball2Win and it's actually impeccable with the casino, with one 1 being raised and resolved. Which makes me think you'll have no problems in receiving your money providing you have stuck by the casinos terms and conditions.

 

However you can of course submit a complaint too.
