Let me just check first...So you deposited £900 and withdrew £10,000 ?? If that's correct may I first congratulate you on your winnings that's amazing!

 

888 Casino don't have the best reputation at the moment if I'm honest, but don't let that dishearten you because as long you stuck to all the terms and have provided all the documents you need to i'm sure there won't be a problem.

 

Did you take a bonus?

 

The other thing that struck alarm bells when reading your post was that you said you are withdrawing to paypal? Have you checked that your paypal doesn't have restrictions as to how much you can receive in one go? I know mine does but I know there are ways in which you can lift these restrictions. And if you've deposited 900 i'm guessing maybe you have already lifted the restrictions. But it would be a good idea to check nonetheless.

 

When did you make the withdrawal? And have the casino told you anything about it yet?

I'm afraid they are having tons of complaints over the last couple of years and the vast majority of them is referring to delayed payments or winnings confiscated with unjustified accusations. 

 

However, if you didn't violate some of their terms and conditions I guess everything with your withdrawal is going to be okay and you'll get your money in a timely manner.

hi i withdraw £1500 on tuesday  £1500 on wensday and £7000 on thursday.  they keep every win 3 days them send on paypal.   2day they withdraw me £900 only {this is strange} becouse they are still £600 for me from tuesday.  also i send my provisional driving licence yesterday and was told waiting 72H to confirmed. i never use any bonuses becouse bonuses is really bad.  i use only my comp points.     £900 that was my deposit so they give me back only that . i ring to 888 casino after 2day withdraw with quastions what this mind only £900 when i withdraw £1500. they told me i havtu waiting to veryfications be succesful them i get £9100.  sorry for my english

It's okay I think I understand. Although I do see it strange that they can pay you back the £900 deposit, i've personally never heard of this before. But for now lets look on the bright side and assume you will get your money, They are communicating with you which is a good start! If you were trying to contact them and not getting any response, then I would be concerned.

 

Let's wait the 72 hours for the verification process to be completed and then come back and let us know what's going on. In the meantime if there's anything else I can help you with please just let me know.

I would definitely be panicking if they sent me back my deposit amount only ... they sure know how to make a player sweat! I really hope they send you the rest of your money. I haven't really played a whole lot in 888s casino, but I did frequent their poker for a while, and whilst I always got my withdrawals, they sure were SLOW compared to the vast majority of other sites I play at ... I'm talking like 7-10 days to get the money in the bank, with the funds showing as reversible for almost the whole time proving that the delay is entirely at their end and nothing to do with their financial procedures.
