BEWARE of 7spins CASINO. BLACKLISTED.

This is not a complaint. This is a warning !

 

I played at this casino a several times since 2010 and lost $1400 during that period. During that period, I constantly received unbelievable offers and free chips. I recently decided to take a $750 free chips which I had to play 99 times. I made the playthrough requirements and won $3000. When I asked about the winnings, a condescending customer representative told me that my winnings were limited to $200 and that I had to make another deposit within the next 5 days if I wanted to claim that gain, stating that they were not a charity organisation and treating me like garbage. Even if I already purchased $1400 of chips before, I had to make another deposit.

 

That was true. Those terms and conditions were real. They were written in small letters somewhere on their site. So, I am not saying this is a violation of T&C’s. I am saying that the T&C’s are abusive and meant only to make you deposit more money that you will eventually lose.

 

I double checked casino reviews to see that they were BLACKLISTED  on several review sites for: refusal and delayed payments, unjustified freeze of accounts, documents verification issues, unwilling to discuss players complaints, rude customer service, unresponsive customer service, live chat constantly offline, dead unsubscribe link, etc.

 

This is just a terrible casino. Don’t put your money there. JUST BEWARE.

Don't know about the other websites you are referring to, but 7 Spins casino complaints history at AskGamblers is not that terrible at all. You may check it here - http://www.askgamblers.com/online-casinos/7-spins-casino-casino-review/complaints As you can see all their complaints are solved, which comes to confirm that in fact they are willing to resolve players issues with us.

 

Now, considering the facts that this brand is powered by TopGame and licensed and regulated in Costa Rica, I am not surprised at all to hear about your negative experience with them. However, you said you play there from 2010?! You need 5 years to understand they are so bad?

I played several times during that 5 year period. My understanding of the situation is that since I lost and didn't have to deal with customer servce before or have a winning situation with that particular casino, that did not raise suspicions. But I really want to thank you for your positive, constructive and helpful remark about the time it took me to understand they could be a bad casino. Knowing that someone like you is there to help and support players when a problem occurs sure warms my heart. It also boosts my confidence in your unbiased reviews and comments.

THEY GAVE ME 50

 

I won over 3000 and they said 100 max. Then they decided to make it 200

 

Only difference was that 50 was a belated bonus but they listed it as a free bonus, I'm going to file a complaint here.

 

 

I want to as far as calling Interpol to see if I had been frauded after the license body never answered me

But surely their maximum cashout was stated in their terms and conditions beforehand?

Lost

 

Day after bitched

Got 5o% bonus

Played

HIT KING KONG AND KEPT GOING

 

PEAKED 4000 i think

 

Played lost 1000 to meet requirement

 

Had 3000 left

 

Went to chat.

 

Max 100

 

I said why?

 

They said NON DEPOSIT FREE BONUS

 

I LOST MY PLEA AFTER WEEKS

Two days later I got the email, it would give me 200 as a goodwill gesture

 

I told them to go F themselves

 

I cashed my 200

 

The sad thing about this is that my return to player percentage is over 4000%, I cashed out several times, , it's one of the loosest places I've ever played

 

They would've been added to my hand picked list who see 100 deposits a week! On a good week.

 

At the end of the day, it's their loss

Actually, customer support was calling me off hours to say they were sorry.

 

Forgot the girls name, she called me from home. She was in Cyprus I think and we talked for an hour. Really sweet girl. She told me that the casino was doing this to many players and they were getting many complaints.

 

It is really sad. I really mean that. Their sister casino VEGAS WINNER if I remember correctly paid me within 72 hours. 1000€ AND I VIOLATED THE BINUS TERMS. I BET 2.50 on blood sucker. Max bet was supposed to be 10% of bonus(20)

 

They forgave that. They paid me. First class service.

 

So when this bomb fell, I was in shock. The manager JOHN HENDERSON OR SOMETING kept emailing me bonus offers after the fact.

 

They have a good product. Games that are no abailable to CANADIANS. THEY offer them.

 

I miss playing there. I had such a bunch of good runs. Minimal deposits and huge cash outs. Every time. So loose.

 

But......... Their terms will steal your money. They are capable of adding a game to the DO NOT PLAY LIST while u r playing.

 

It's ridiculous.

 

I am very upset. I may have been nasty on forums but it's was all an act. But I am really upset with EU CASINO. THEY literally stole my winnings.

 

It should have been a deposit bonus. Support told me it was too late to change it. Then management took over and I was garbage. It's not fair. What if I needed that money to buy food for the family??? What if I needed it for child eductaion??? It's a lot of money. I am going to file a complaint on here. I hope ASK GAMBLERS CAN PULL OF THE IMPOSSIBLE. GIVE IT TO CHARITY, I DONT CARE, I JUST WANT MY MONEY.

To be completely honest, I don't see a huge difference in your behaviour, Johnny. Unfortunately... 

 

You are still coming here, bashing around like a hurricane, leaving one post after another, with little or none effort to try making a normal post at least once. Is that really necessary? Is it so difficult to do what all other fellow forum members are doing? Shall I live the day when you will make a post without using all these exclamation marks, caps locks, etc where you will try to state in a normal and calm way your opinion? ...
