I tell my misadventure with this casino. I deposited with welcome bonus of 125% and i had very lucky. As you seen on my screenshots i won on ghost pirates, victorious and finally my balance is increase by wildline on dead or alive. After that, a follow days they locked my account asking me documents for verify. I sent my documents, and they told me that is not ok and i had to send them back.I sent them for three times but they don't answered me and they did not me unlocked my account. Meantime the bonus is expired and i have still account locked since two weeks. Please can you help me at least to withdraw mydeposit? Many months ago, I deposited, took their Welcome Bonus, and played at this blardy casino. Later on, I found out that the customer support was hopeless...the casino layout I didn't like at all...and the navigation within the casino gave me some problems...so in the end, I excluded myself PERMANENTLY from this casino! Even if they deny they're together with Slotobank...it doesn't bother me now because I am NEVER EVER playing again at any of these two blardy casinos! Period! What I could advise is to submit a complaint asap and let us try solve this issue for you. Other than this, I am hearing and reading too many times that there's a possible connection between Spin Empire and Slotobank Casino. Sources are too many to call it a coincidence and unfortunately, if that is a true and these casinos are actually run by the same company/owner and giving the terrible reputation of Slotobank...well, I think a lot of players could end up with their funds being confiscated and simply not paid just like that.
