What was the casino you played in ? Did you check casino reputation and terms and conditions before making deposit. Those questions and steps are very important. Don't quit, you could file complaint trough askgamblers site and they ill give their best to help you out. The same applies to your first forum post here though...If you have an issue with a casino, please try to find a minute or two and explain it in details if possible. embassy2 Posted May 13, 2015 Author Share Posted May 13, 2015 Thanx for the replys,i appreciate it,well its simple,i made a deposit at the casino without taking any bonuses,won 20 000 zar on slots,withdraw my winnings,the casino requested security documents which i submitted and was accepted by them,after 1 week i followed up why my winnings is not paid out they replied by email that my acc has been closed and i forfeit my winnings,i mailed them many times requesting WHY this is happening,they only sent 1 email back stating i must read their rules and regulations which i did....this is so frustrating....
