Why is it so difficult for a casino to explain in plain English why they refuse to pay your winnings and closed your account and stop referring to there rules and regulations which i respect,BUT please pinpoint excactly what the problem is,as not all of us is English speaking

I am sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience and if it means something, you are not the only one. 

 

What was the casino you played in ?

 

Did you check casino reputation and terms and conditions before making deposit. 

 

Those questions and steps are very important.

 

Don't quit, you could file complaint trough askgamblers site and they ill give their best to help you out.

I can see you have submitted three complaints against Vortex casino, all of them rejected due to insufficient information stated. The same applies to your first forum post here though...If you have an issue with a casino, please try to find a minute or two and explain it in details if possible. Otherwise, I don't see how we could help you...

Yes buddy, some casinos will put every obstacle they can, and in the other hand I agree with ValDes you need to be absolutely clear every time you need to expose issues, no matters that takes you a little more time. Effective communication save your time and patience. ;)

Thanx for the replys,i appreciate it,well its simple,i made a deposit at the casino without taking any bonuses,won 20 000 zar on slots,withdraw my winnings,the casino requested security documents which i submitted and was accepted by them,after 1 week i followed up why my winnings is not paid out they replied by email that my acc has been closed and i forfeit my winnings,i mailed them many times requesting WHY this is happening,they only sent 1 email back stating i must read their rules and regulations which i did....this is so frustrating....
