First of all, hello and welcome to the AskGamblers forum.

 

Unfortunately, most Playtech powered casinos are still implementing a 96 hours so called pending period and 21Nova is not an exception. The same applies to all other brands within the William Hill Group of casinos where 21Nova belongs in fact. 

 

There are of course some Playtech powered brands which process payments way faster, such as Omny, Fly, Bet365 and Betfair to name a few.

For 21 Nova a 4 day pending period is normal. You'll see that you'll receive your winnings, no worries about that.
