[Royal Panda] betted more than maximum allowed, anything I can do?

Recommended Posts

Hi Gamblers,

First poster here, love your site.

I just registered through RoyalPanda and thinks its great, it's beautiful, fast and works.

Now I got a welcome bonus of 150% and raked up some winnings.

Stupid me didn't read the terms good enough and betted more than the maximum (7 euro) allowed bet, so the chat-support (helpful guy) said I may be screwed...

I know it's my own fault, but has anyone ever been in this situation? What can I do to keep the winnings?

Thanks for any help.

Welcome to the askgamblers Angel.amsterdamm !

Do you actually live in Amsterdam ?

As per you winnings, I am not sure if you can keep it.

Anytime you play, check TC first and dont put yourself into trouble by not doing so.

Some promos are very tricky and keep the eye on TC.

Hi there! I can agree with Awena, it seems that most likely you won't get your winnings as you broke one of the rules. Worst case scenario- you'll learn a lesson and next time will be more careful when playing with a bonus.

Like Awena and Blondie have noted the casino will usually refer to their terms and conditions if you've breached them. Could you fill us in a bit more on your situation?

Did you click max bet accidentally? Some casinos might make an exception if you've only one time breached the max bet rule accidentally.

But usually it's important that you contact them right away when this happens. In worst case scenario you should probably get at least your deposit back and perhaps they will give you another try with the bonus.

Hey angel and welcome to the AskGamblers forum. :)

As the fellow members said above, terms are there with one single purpose - to be followed and obliged down to the last word.

Now, if you made a single bet breaching the terms and it didn't put you too much ahead with winnings, I guess Royal Panda could make a small exception and forgive you that only spin. However, most online casinos would never agree to do anything like this and what you could expect is:

a/ confiscation of all winnings upon withdrawal request is being made and a refund of your initial deposit;

OR

b/ confiscation of your winnings and your initial deposit + bonus funds re-issued as if you are just starting at the casino.

I strongly suggest you to choose the second option and to try convince the casino support that you deserve a second chance. Royal Panda is definitely a decent online casino and it shouldn't be a problem at all to do that for you.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
