Antigua sanctions against USA?

The tiny island of Antigua in the caribbean has twice won WTO cases against the US for the UIGEA law which violates world trade agreements.

 

What this means is Antigua might exercise it's new right to produce pirated music, movies and software which would cripple the software and entertainment industry in America.

 

If you ask me it is stupid how this anti-gambling law was passed and thrown in last minute into another law for the safe port act.
