Awena
Hello Hilmi, I never had such a experience but some did, I am sure. That must be frustrating, having condition on your verification, ask them to confirm with their TC.
ValDes
Hello and welcome to the AskGamblers forum. Well, although it is not such a common practice, there are some casino groups which are using this verification procedure. Winner casino being the most active one for example. As long as you have played by the rules and such verification requirement was mentioned within the casino terms and conditions, I guess there is nothing to be afraid of and you are good to go. If something goes wrong, you could always come back here and submit a complaint. Awena

Luciana
Is there a difference between standard and notarised ID?
LilianInThaHouse
Is there a difference between standard and notarised ID? Document that has been notarized is one that’s been marked with a stamp of notary public and this tells casino that you really signed the document. Thanks In that case, I don't know any personal document, which is not notarised (I mean ID, driving licence, passport..) Regards, Hilmi I can see it is not a rare practice, some brokers also ask for notarized ID, but I have had no problems sending scanned pictures of stamped copies of my ID.
