Raptordinos
Now that I'm more involved with betting in casinos, I wanted to take control of my personal finances, and especially of my deposits and withdrawals on these sites. I'm sure many players, myself included, would like to know which software is best suited for this purpose. For my part, in these last days I found a "Free" version of a software that has adapted somewhat to my needs, its name is "AceMoney Lite: Free Personal Finance Software" and you can download the full version of the page of its creators "MechCAD net". This program let you only to manage two accounts, but you can handle investments, personal expenses, other incomes, beneficiarie's agenda, bank (ewallet) movement reports, charts, and more. It is also multi-language. I hope you share experiences with other programs, this search is just beginning ValDes, helenakp and Luciana
ValDes
Man, this is great! Actually, I never used a program for managing my gambling finances and always relied on Excel, but this is far more convenient as far as I can see. It's really strange it never came to my mind to search for such program before. Thanks for sharing, Raptor! Raptordinos

Raptordinos
hehe, thanks everybody. It is great you like this topic. We the players usually deposit and cashout almost daily at different casinos, well, cashout if lady luck was on our side, then we spend some money buying here and there, but it is common after 2 months we don't know how profitable (or unprofitable) really our casino playing was. This way I think it is worth to spend a little time to record our transactions, and software contributes to make this time shorter. By the way, the "NO Lite" version of the software in question, is better yet (although I haven´t get it yet), but for its features related on developer's web site. Has anyone another accounting software suitable for gamblers? cocopop3011
Luciana
What a great topic Did I understand well this is for your overall stats, how much you deposited, withdrew etc.? Raptordinos
Raptordinos
What a great topic Did I understand well this is for your overall stats, how much you deposited, withdrew etc.? Yes Luciana, and most focused at your cash, bank or ewallet control, so all the time you can see how much have you spent, and when, by any concept, e.g. you can control your investments by one side (I changed stock-market symbols in investment section for my own symbol for every casino), and in the other hand you can classify your expenses and your incomes, this way: you can create a category for car expenses and a sub-category for gasoline expenses, another for washing, another for mechanical expenses and so on, you can create another category for personal expenses with so many sub-categories and so on. Software also has budget control, so you can plan expenses and incomes and to insert them when they come true just by clicking one button, besides thus you never will forget to pay a bill or something. Several reports are available indeed, thus you will see when and how much you deposited and withdrew from every casino. It is just spend some time in learning to handle this software. As you surely will treat your deposit on casinos as investments (Buy), your withdrawals should be treated as sells, so, your benefits are automatically calculated. I suggest you try it and be patiente at the beginning. Luciana

Do you have any calculation of your finances yet ? ohh, I´m just starting with this software and have some records already. I'm currently migrating data from my standard accounting software, that uses double-entry accounting system, to AceMoney Lite because this one is more simple and intuitive, however I'm still open to new software suggestions from another members ... maybe I better only will keep record, on this software, from now on Awena

Yes, yes Awena, money is for spending, and that is good because that way of thinking invigorates money flow both, from and to you. Accounting software is most thought for those people (like me) who have the need to take control over their finances. One philosophical approach: About "gone with wind": you can create flow of everything, not only money but love, trust, happiness (bad things - but not recommended -) as said above, from and to you, and the best part is you don´t need to keep record about them
Raptordinos
Hi again: I found this free website specialized in gambling record keeping: betbind.com, it looks good, but I'm still afraid about security of sharing gambling data online. Maybe somebody wanted to try this free service. Luciana
Raptordinos
StatKing Software: This software is totally accurate for gamblers I have found so far, and it is focused to your winnings/losses stats (when, where, how much, average):Click on pictureTrial version can be downloaded here (version is higher than showed on video above): StatKing demo . The only limit is session's number (up to 50).I like it, although I wish it had more powerful tools for charts, but worth you take a look.Cheers. Yes Luciana, I want to care of it, I need it. I liked StatKing so much, and although I can´t control my ewallet statement nor expenses with it, I'm currently considering to buy a license, because of its ease. I contacted its developer and suggested some improvements on charts, but I still want it. So, I'm not using it yet, but it is almost sure I will, I'm still testing it with fictional data Luciana

Hehe, yes, call it that way, surely I don't agree with that, but I still consider plausible your decision of starting take control over your "money", it sounds like an important step ahead , for me all these is more about to take control of "myself" Cheers! Steffen_Reichwald
Yeah I use <SNIP> for that. And sometime I need invoices. You can choose another lightweight software Guncash.
