I used same name DOB phone number address etc so I don't understand how the casino didn't flag the duplicate account immediately. I understand any winnings won't be paid but surely any deposits should be refunded?? Does anyone know whether I have a good case Quote

loceff13 Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago They are not going to refund deposits if you have done something intentional to get around such a block ie the use of multiple different user details such as a different email address/phone number/DOB/name misspelling/address etc were not provided by you when initiating the block.
