Please keep in mind that Casino Cruise is being licensed by not just one but two licensing authorities - MGA and UKGC. You could find more info about these authorities and how to file a complaint there here and here. Usually, when player came here reporting some issue with casino, my advice would be to take benefit from AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service and submit a complaints against that casino, but in your case I do not believe you have a valid claim since you admit you played and lost all your money. I see your complaint has been closed and it states you breached the terms (which you mentioned in a previous post) Are you asking where you can now go for further help?
