My account was closed immediately after I requested a withdrawal of approximately ₹8,000. I had already completed KYC earlier, and my documents were approved at that time. When the closure happened, I submitted all requested documents again, including Aadhaar (front and back) and my recent bank statement. Since I did not receive a clear response from the casino, I filed an official complaint through the Anjouan Gaming site seal validator. I received a confirmation email from the regulator, and they CC’d the operator. As of now, it has been around 13–14 days since submission, and I have not received any further updates from either the casino or the regulator. I am aware that the operator has up to 30 days to respond under the dispute process, but I want to understand what other players’ experience has been with Anjouan cases and whether delays like this are normal. I am not accusing anyone; I am only trying to understand the correct steps and what to expect. Any insights or advice would be appreciated. Thank you. Quote

I played only live casino games and my deposits were via UPI (google pay) at first i deposit Rs.3000 then deposited Rs.500 and then again deposited Rs.500 Total of Rs.4000 then play live casino won a total of Rs.8000 then I felt to withdraw the money first i tried to withdraw Rs.6000 which was in waiting status which i felt odd it was more than an hour or something like that then I tried to withdraw Rs.2000 and that also shows waiting status for a long period of time which was odd because I always withdrew funds from Betvibe.com and they approve the withdraw quickly .Then I approached the Betvibe Support and they asked me to submit November bank statement that you deposited the money from to the betvide wallet , I gave them Everything (IDs,Bank statements upto 6 months ) and then They closed my account and witheld my funds Forever no Explanation , No player support or protection just slammed the Door on my face with constant emails and automated ticket generation , no reply of any sort then felt helpless , looted ,ignored I chose the forums for SUPPORT!
