Gorilla Casino Withdrawal

Hi on Thurday last week i was visiting Gorilla Casino and after a while i decided to deposit 250NOK ( About 35$)

I got a big bonus of a total of 1250NOK and started playing. I won about 15 000NOK and played through the "bonus turnover -rouls" and suddenly i had about 6000NOK left to withdraw from my "real money account".

And i did, withdrew the money the same day.

Nothing have happende since then, and they are not able to be reached either in chat or in email.

Though, ive seen somebody in here, have got a hold on a guy called Eric, and i would like to speak with him myself so that we can get this sorted out.

 

Anyone else having issues with this site?

I'm sorry to hear you're having troubles with your withdrawal. So, actually, 9000 NOK from your balance just disappeared?

 

I know Eric, he is our affiliate manager for Gorilla Casino. Can I ask him something on your behalf?

Hello and welcome to the AskGamblers forum. 

 

I can see you have not only posted about your issue at the forum, but also submitted a complaint against the aforementioned casino. I'm afraid that your complaint has been rejected though due to insufficient information stated. Usually, I would recommend submitting a new complaint, with all relevant information explain in details, but providing the fact that Eric, the Gorilla casino rep here, offered you direct help, maybe it is better of you give him a chance to solve this issue. ;)

Still haven´t heard anything from anyone, Eric told me that he would fix this but now my patience is getting really low.

 

 

I've seen somebody in here haven't gotten they're money because they have multiple accounts, well this is not the case in my situation.

I just want the money i won, fair and square.

Maybe it is about time to submit a complaint with us against the aforementioned brand. Just be sure you state there all facts and details.

if not, I will make sure there will be an awful complaint on this site.

 

And Eric, I really thought you were brave enough to get into this, but if this was to though on you i guess you're sleeping with the lights on, because you being a ***** ruins the whole site of yours.

 

If you send me the money like a man, and what you guys should have done a long time ago, i will make sure all the posts from me will be deleted.

I was on my way to delete this post before banning your account, but then reconsidered and decided to leave it. Your post is a blatant example of an arrogance and a disgusting attempt to use AskGamblers forum to threaten at casino representatives. Believe me, you are terribly wrong with the place you have chosen to do that!
