I sent my documents into them to verify my account two weeks ago and each time I have got in touch with them they have claimed it would be 48 more hours. Also they do not answer their emails I have had to ring them. Now they are saying that they are closing uk accounts and there is only 15 days to get money that was held in the account. I have sent them all the relevant documents quickly but they seem to be happy to take their time and now I fear I am gonna be conned out of the money I won fairly! its so frustrating!!!! Don't wanna be the messenger with the bad news, but based on Casino Midas' complaint history at AskGamblers, you could expect a hard time getting your money.
