Casinoloco cannot reach support

I was lucky and won 12500 euros on this site on friday. I can see that live chat is only avalible from 11-20 on weekdays, but i have sent my documents and also two other mails but they dont respond. I tried calling them just now since their chat is offline but no answer at all... What should i do?

Be patient and try to stay calm, despite how hard it is. I know what is it to have a big withdrawal pending (although not so big as yours) and to wait for a day or longer for a single email response from the casino. Just give them some time, at least a day I would say.

They have ansvered on chat now. Sent my documents yesterday and they said its been sent to their risk/security department and they will send me a mail when they are approved. But also its max cashout of 5000 euros pr week :-(

 

See, they got in touch with you. Be patient and I hope everything's gonna be just fine. :)

I believe you could live with the withdrawal limits... As long as you get your money down to the last cent. ;)

Yeah its ok, but kinda weird that these low limits is practiced by a netent casino. I only heard about RTG casinos that had such limits. Nordicbet paid me a bigger amount 5 min after i cashed out.

 

But as long as they pay me its fine. I see no reason why they shouldent pay either, since i only played DOA and my max bet during bonus was 2.70, and 3.60 after i made WR. Says max bet allowed is 5 so im way below that.

 

Im only afraid they will find staling methods about the documents i sent. Some casinos seam to do this, hopfully not this one. I dont understand why it always takes 24 hours approve some documents.. It should take no more than 5 minutes pr person.

Actually most NetEnt powered casinos have withdrawal limits on a daily or a weekly basis and it is around 5000 EUR.

Seams they have approved my documetns and they said they will process my WD. Crossing fingers i get them before the weekend.. Shopping spree :-)

 

Man, don't know about the others, but my fingers are crossed for you since last Saturday. :D

 

Sincerely hope your withdrawal will be processed very soon, otherwise I'm not sure if my fingers would be the same ever again! ;)

Yeah...I am hoping too that Luckyloser will get paid soon enough.

 

I certainly would hate seeing our Guru having crooked fingers on his hands forever...  :D

Still pending.... Asked on chat they tried to get ahold of the payment department, but it took so long and they said they would get back to me.. Been pending since Monday. Very poor imho. I really hope i dont have to wait a whole week for each of the 3 batches of payouts of my winnings., at this rate its gonna come january before i get the full amount So basicly its gone 5 days since i first won and they still havent sent my money.

I contacted management for you, hope there will be some updates from them! Sorry about your troubles, I'll push them till they solve this!

 

If the gentle push from Luciana turns out to be not that effective, you could start considering the idea to push them hard by submitting a complaint here. One way or another, I sincerely hope it will all ends in a positive way. :)

Thanks for the help everyone. I got a mail from them this morning. It appears their payment system had an error. The payment was supposed to go automaticly but it diddent. I had a delay when i made my last deposit aswell. But no matter that can happen to everybody.

 

They have now sent it manually so im happy  :D The casino has regular bonuses and i won there so i really have nothing bad to say about them. It was just frustrating that i couldent seam to get ahold of the support team this weekend and when this delay happened after i got alittle itchy since 12500 euros is like 25% of my annual salary its ALOT of money to me. Only thing they could improve their support capacity. Dont get me wrong they are friendly and helpfull but support only from 11-20 and no weekends is not enough. 

 

But i will deposit again once i have all my winnings, since i seam to be lucky in this casino

First of all, I do understand that you got a bit frustrated over the weekend, but our Support open hours are shown very clear on our website. We are evaluating the possibility to extend our CS opening hours and we have taken your feedback into account aswell. Regarding withdraw limits, these are stated in the Terms & Conditions, which you had accepted on registering your account. I do understand your point of view with no limits thou.

 

I'm happy to see that this case got solved, but I can only apologize for the slight delay due to the technical error we were experiencing. I hope to see you soon playing our games again. Have a nice evening!

Must admit that it's very encouraging to see a casino representative coming here to shed some light upon particular case. As you probably knew already, luckyloser hit a monster win at your casino and his screenshots gathered quite serious attention , which basically means casino Loco got some positive exposure as well.  And now, when we know his withdrawals are going to be processed finally, I believe you'll get some extra good points in addition.  ;)
