It's quite great to finally meet this assistance gambling friendly site! I urgently need help because i did something wrong when i trusted a casino that didn't respond to my emails and i didn't expected they will do it.First was the "On Bling Casino" a real time gaming powered casino that was licensed in the jurisdiction of curaca. The flash of lightning is faster than the thunder sound just like the depositing is faster than withdrawing they were sympathetic at first and my impression to their casino was reliable, safe and secured casino but eight days after i'm trying to withdraw the funds that i won and i can safely say that i don't have any wagering to complete because i checked the wagering through there wagering status. The unexpected happen after i submit all of the identification file/id's they first rejected my documents with the quote said "Your identification id doesn't match your casino identity please submit new identification card or id - sincerely onbling casino representative". WTF Onbling are you ***** kidding me? I used that id many times from different online casinos and i didn't get any trouble!? So, fine i submitted another document and wait while temporize to their answer but days have passed they don't answer my email or either approve my new submitted document and i started to doubt that they're online casino scam. It has been almost 3 weeks since i emailed them and until now nothing happens.Please i will file a complaint against this casino can someone enlighten me on what's the best thing that i can do? Actually i don't want this complaint go in the court i don't want to ***** wait and i don't want a long process you know. Based on the written above, I could advise to take benefit from our complaint service and file a complaint against the casino in question. However, please make sure to state as many details as possible, without being so emotional if possible and DO NOT use insulting language. Let me know if you need further assistance.
