Although I could understand your frustration after seeing your winnings being void, I would like to remind you that it is YOUR obligation to check very carefully all casino terms and conditions before joining and signing up there and also all other terms and conditions associated with a particular bonus before you claim it.

Hello again

I deposit 25 euro and get the bonus. I played immortal romance 0,60 and 0,90. After a ehile i was winning and bet 1,20. After cuople hours i withdraw 450 euro when the wager was fullfilled. I countiune playing with rest and won 85 for more euro. So i withdraw 450+85 euro. The casino took all my winnings and say that i have played with average bet of 2 euro. This is lie, the average bet cant be higher than 1 euro or 1.10 euro. May be they counting after the bonus was fulfilled, even than tha average cant be higher. The rules that 10bet has say that you cant bet higher than 5% of intial deposit, i have ever seen so low bets limits berfore, in this case 1,25 euro. Maybe i bet 1,40 litllte on Avalon, but still they lie and say i had bet 2 euro in average. I have asked to get this doucments that proof taht i have bet higher but the casino has still not give it to me and not even reply on this.

I read in a sweish forum that they also have taking back 11000 euro from a player wtih strange rules.

Add info. I have tried to get this documents; in the chat they promised me answr very very soon. But nothing is still happends. I have not bet average of 2 euro, that is a lie, and they know it. And i wonder why dont they warnings system that tells you if are risky to be to high, and also this of intial 5% of a deposit is a joke. I have seen some more small casino use this, but than it is 5 or 10% of deposit+ bonus. This is a joke-casino with joke-terms, and they not even send me the proof that i have bet 2 euro average

But I will agree that 5% is very low, so the maximum bet you could place as $1.25, that is quite low. But unfortunately this isn't really a reason for players to not plat at 10bet casino.

I have tried to get all my bets in data, because im not sure that i bet higher than 1,25, if i did it is a few on the game Avalon, and not higer than 1,80. 10bet send out data, but not specific when i did the bets. So i cant know if its berfore or after i fullfilled the wagering. I played 4 more hours after the wager was done. I have asked to get clock time on every bet, but they want give it to me and dont answer on mail about this and in the chat they say that they will not help with this. Seruois, no. It seems OP is unsure whether she placed bets over the 5% maximum. It's definitely her responsibility to check the terms beforehand to prevent problems like this. 10Bet certainly doesn't seem like a place where I would play though.

I have played in many years and i never seen s low rate when it coms to bonuses. I think 10bet earn very very big money to "steal" from the customers in this way. And now i can see that played many thousands bet under wagering and i bet 0,60, 0,90, 1,20 on immortal romance. Under some minuts i played Blood suckers 2 euro bet, ands thats enoght for them. A serious casinos dont do this. Now i cant aske qustion in the chat because, its seems that im banned

It is really so discouraging to see:

 

1) how a huge number of online gamblers simply refuse to read the casino terms and to ask for anything they do not fully understand;

2) how no one from the bigger industry 'players' such as Playtech, Microgaming and NetEnt to name a few, don't give a **** about implementing some update to their software, which would be assisting players and NOT LETTING them break any casino and/or casino term!
