Afi4wins Posted November 26, 2014 Posted November 26, 2014 "Important!: Recently there are reports of many users whose accounts has been freezed and/or funds retained without reason, and even Videos providing evidence that they are purposely, ignoring to refund their clients, keeping the money already deposited into their accounts. Please be advised not to deposit large amounts of money on their Site." --From the Wiki page Must be account holders from certain countries only who are probably affected by this...if this case is really true in the first place! I've never had any problems with my Neteller account. Not even a missing dollar...after all these years. Quote
ValDes Posted November 26, 2014 Posted November 26, 2014 It appears that only some business customers were affected by the problems stated at the wiki. That's why regular customers like us never knew about such difficulties... Quote

ValDes Posted November 27, 2014 Posted November 27, 2014 Aaah! Good...very good...for the clarification! Sure, no problems, I was a bit worried myself to be honest. Quote
ValDes Posted November 27, 2014 Posted November 27, 2014 Neteller rocks . Could not agree more! I seriously believe Neteller is the best and most convenient e-wallet when it comes to online gambling. Awena 1 Quote
Luciana Posted November 27, 2014 Posted November 27, 2014 But what's wrong with Skrill? I never had problems (knocking 3 times on the wooden table - not to jinx) Quote
ValDes Posted November 27, 2014 Posted November 27, 2014 But what's wrong with Skrill? ... Nothing... 1. It's just that their support is awful. And when I say awful, I mean extremely slow, rude and inefficient! 2. They are slower than Neteller when it comes to processing withdrawals. 3. Their fees are higher than Neteller. 4. What about 1,2 and 3?! partyhummel and Toiletseat 2 Quote
Luciana Posted November 28, 2014 Posted November 28, 2014 Okay, thanks for clarification I just say that I'm quite satisfied with them. I also opened a Neteller account, but I was lazy to verify it, so it's still unverified Awena 1 Quote
