    EU Casino blacklisted?

    Dear AG members,

    Perhaps I am missing something here, but I've noticed EU Casino is now blacklisted? Also other casinos with high rankings like Redkings are now blacklisted. What is happening? I thought these casinos had a good reputation? Once I was able to make a withdraw from EU casino (won with free money) and did not experience any problem?  I would gladly know why these casinos are now on the avoid list.

    Here's my two sense....

     

    The UK has strict legislation and the new rules are to protect players interests.

     

    No more Wild West! That's done! The UK will not tolerate anymore non sense.

     

    I have read so many complaints on here and other forums. Casinos are getting away with murder. One dude was confiscated 80k. They blamed him for something becasue they felt like it. They just didn't want to pay him and called him a money launderer??? He only deposited 3k. This casino behaviour will no longer be tolerated in the UK. I hope other countries do the same thing.

     

    Look where some of these places get their licences?? Khanawakee etc....

     

    No more of this for the UK. I am happy it is getting serious now. I myself don't experiment with casinos anymore but so many honest people get burned everyday. The UK is setting the standard.

    I'm sad to hear this because I love EUcasino and never had any problems with them.

    Also Slots Magic is blacklisted and also there I never had any problems, they always paid my money.

    Do you mean blacklisted on Ask Gamblers??

     

    I too have had withdrawals from RedKings Casino from free no deposit bonuses! Never from EU Casino but I have played there

    No, I mean when I go to their site a message pops up and says 'WARNING, this casino is blacklisted, don't play here'  :crazy:  Offcourse I mean blacklisted, here at AG. By the way Sharon dear, how are you holding up? To be honest I did not expect you to show up here untill after that special moment. You are on tough lady, hope everything will go smooth and well.

    Let me answer your question. 

     

    First of all, the reason why EU Casino and its sister (and brother :D) casinos are blacklisted here on AskGamblers has nothing to do with new nor old legislation issues. In fact, the reason why they are in the warning list despite of their relatively high ranking is because of the lack of communication we have with this brand. They simply refuse to cooperate, not matter if it's gonna be an affiliate related matter or something concerning complaints...

     

    However, the good news is that we gonna meet them at the Barcelona Affiliate Conference and try to settle down all these communication problems. ;)

    Your answer clarifies all  :smile: , It is a bit confusing finding a high ranked casino without known complaints in the blacklist.  But, if they don't communicate anymore then they have only theirselfs to blame.

    I don't see a label in their review :) ValDes told me that's because Serbia is not allowed in EU casino.

     

    Dunno why they are blacklisted, honestly :) Anyone has a clue?
