Problem with Video Slots Mobile Casino

I know we have a few Mobile users here, I wondered if anyone is familiar with Video Slots Mobile? I am also hoping Lucas will see my thread and be able to help.

 

Since I can remember I've always had a problem with the mobile interface when it comes to putting in voucher codes. Whenever I click on vouchers instead of taking me to the the voucher page it just redirects me to the home page and its sooooo annoying!

 

I wondered of anyone else has this problem? And if you know a solution that would be great! (And I don't mean by using desktop :D)

Hello Lady Sharon what kind of casino was that? Do you email them regarding to that wrong url redirecting? I had that problem before but it's about my money delayed crediting.  ;)

Its Videoslots. No Irene I haven't bothered emailing them if I am honest because its one of those things that they just say technical errors blah blah blah. I was just wondering if it was happening to anyone else.

Could you let us know which mobile device you're using, and also if you could delete the cache and cookies + restart the device and try again, and let us know how that goes please?

As we've tested the vouchers link on the mobile casino and it is working just fine and opening the vouchers page as it should.

I'm using an iPad. I've already deleted cookies and cache but it doesn't make any difference unfortunately.
