Luciana
Hey ya No, I still haven't made my first withdrawal, but in case I do, I was wondering about things related to documents that helps you prove your identity. Saw somewhere what casino requires and I can't not to ask why everything of it is necessary In email I saw, documents required are the following: - A copy of passport or ID (photo ID and address clearly showing) - A copy of a recent utility bill or a recent telephone bill, confirming your place of residence - A copy of the front of your credit/debit card (or screenshot of payment method)... So, why is all this documentation needed? Especially bills? Do you already have prepared all that copies, in case of withdrawal? How they can know if another person from the house, for example daughter, sends all that copies? And what if somebody hasn't any bills on his/her name? Aaaaand why don't they require all that when people deposit, but only when withdraw?
cocopop3011
Photo ID is a must! But I can really go off on one on this subject. They say passport or driving licence but as we all know not everyone has these.so if you don't have this they ask for a GOVERNMENT ISSUED photo ID .... Which Valleys has...sends it off and they don't accept it! Some casinos just can't accept the fact that some people just DO NOT have passports or driving licences. It's like speaking to a brick wall. Recent utility bill - yeah that's a given, as you mentioned just to confirm your residence And front and back of card I always have ready too. I know some people don't like sending these off but again it's pretty standard procedure. And if people had to provide documents before depositing (which is how it should be) I think casinos would find they had a lot less people depositing because I can only assume a certain percentage of complaints are based around the fact people can't withdraw due to incorrect documents, so if this was requested from the player to deposit - it would prevent the player from depositing too! Copy of ID is must,if someone is renting or the bills are not at his/hers name, then statement of credit card would do ,but if you deposited with Credit Card ,then they will ask for its copy,if you deposit with Neteller or any e-wallet method ,then ,they may ask an screenshot of you e-wallet ,with the deposit made to theirs casino! and yes I have all those documents stored at my comp.ready any time ! cocopop3011 and Luciana
Luciana
So, if you deposit with e-wallet, you always make a screen shot of that transaction to particular casino? PS. I suppose that bills have to be refreshed in computer base, time to time, probably monthly? helenakp

cocopop3011
The bill you present just needs to have the address you have registered at the casino on it.
