Yeah, have received almost the same information as yapro... With the only difference that the number of "big good casinos" was 10 exactly.

As for country based restrictions, with small exceptions there aren't any European countries without some limitations. Italy, Spain, France, Germany, even UK, not to mention all Eastern European countries...
