22Bet — $6,400 USDT withdrawal on hold despite full KYC

I completed full KYC and provided blockchain TXIDs confirming my crypto deposits. Despite this, my $6,400 USDT withdrawal has been delayed for weeks and I’m being asked for third-party ID for an on-chain crypto transfer (which is pseudonymous by design).
I’ve shared TXIDs and exchange confirmations privately with mediators. I’m dealing with health/financial hardship, so time matters.

Status: Withdrawal on hold after full KYC. I’ve sent ID, PoA, selfies with code, deposit screenshots and TXIDs. The casino is now requesting third-party ID for a blockchain deposit, even though crypto transfers are pseudonymous and verifiable by TXID.
This delay is creating serious personal hardship: I’m managing health problems and urgently need the funds for medical costs and basic necessities.
I can share redacted evidence via DM (TXIDs, exchange confirmations).
Questions:

1. Is there a 22Bet rep you can tag in this thread?

2. Would you prefer I post the documents publicly (redacted) or send them privately to a moderator?

Please don't post documents publicly as I would have to remove them. What third party ID are they asking? From whom?
