Hello. I am starting this new thread from scratch. I want to know if I should let ask gamblers fight for my 100 dollars. I like 10bet and don't want to cause trouble for them but if I am due 100 dollars, then I want it. Here are the facts. Everything said here is exactly as it happened.

 

I opened account at 10bet

I used bonus code ASKMOB from here and got bonus

Wager requirement was 25000

I lost my deposit and my bonus. Balance was under a dollar

I closed account.

Sarah(promo dept) sent email with this

I accepted

I reached nearly 3k

Wager requirement was 35x this bonus.

 

The ASKMOB original bonus was not automatically removed. While I was playing, that bonus was getting reduced from 25000.

 

Sarah made it clear to me, she would do it manually because their system does not

 

Once she saw that 3500 was wagered, she removed all bonuses manually

 

I was left with a little over 2k in cash and no bonus

 

I cashed out 2000

 

I received 1900 today

 

10bet said that since I cashed out, I forfeited the 100 dollars????

 

I had sent an email asking for conditions prior to playing. Her response.....

The bonus is valid only on mobile slots, no progressives.

I want to withdrawal 2000. I have met the wager requirement for the 100 cash back bonus that you gave me.

 

How can I withdrawal 2000. I am in canada. What do I do. I think you need to liberate the funds before I can cash out.

 

 

I will forward you all my id. I just sent it to another casino where I am cashing out so I will just forward the same email over.

Did they cheat me out of 100 dollars of not? Am I wrong?

Dear John,

 

The 100 CAD cannot be refunded as your bonus rollover was not comleted

when you requested your payment and the bonus was cancelled.

Hi Johnny, as far as I can see your withdrawel request and payout was handled correctly.

Why? Because most casinos don't pay out the free given bonus, in this case 100 CAD.

So your winnings 2000-100 bonus = 1900 CAD.
