I joined recently and participated in their Daily Beginners Blitz promotion, where I received some free spins. After completing the spins, I had around 100$ in my balance. I then used that money in regular gameplay (not bonus spins) and ended up winning over 6000$ The balance was clearly visible and playable for quite some time. Then, suddenly, my entire balance was removed without warning. When I contacted support, they told me that I could only win a maximum of 100$ from the free spins. However, the terms only state that this limit applies to the free spins themselves, not to any winnings obtained later from normal gameplay using the credited balance. I’ve already contacted support and explained everything in detail, but they refused to pay out. I’ve also submitted a formal complaint via the AskGamblers Complaint System. Has anyone experienced something similar with LuckyWins or another Curaçao-licensed casino? Any advice on what steps to take next or how to make my case stronger would be very appreciated.
