Jackpot city casino...

Recommended Posts

You all know my style. I play heavy and I am respected by many online casinos. I barely have any problems. Jackpot city is not only manipulating the payout when or when not a bonus is attached but they are uneducated in humanity.

Do not play there, you do not stand a chance. Actually, if you have an account, close it out of respect to me and if I ever hit the 4 million on moolah, u will be rewarded.

I don't get what you mean? What I do know is all the bellerock group whenever you don't complete a bonus it is outstanding for the next time. I agree this is brutal! I did have my first biggish casino withdrawal from here though think it was £170 from a free no deposit bonus so I cannot fault them personally also withdrew £100 from Riverbelle Casino without a deposit at all Lots of casinos would not allow me to take a freebie from the sister casino and for both of them to let me have my cash to neteller and bank without making any deposit is rare too. I would say 3-6 bucks a spin is alot on that balance amount but that's my own personal view. So do you mean you think they are paying out less when a bonus is attached? Or is your gripe about every deposit they stick on a wagering requirement?

Can someone please post a link where I can see askgamblers complete casino ratings. I curious to see where these thieves are ranked.

I know that this website does not rank casinos based on their affiliate agreement. The reason that I know this is I have seen a few rated in the top 10 and so far it's good except for casino mate which crashes every 5 minutes and my first experience with them was not good. After I lost my 750 I colained and they have me a gift of 50. Playing that new game beach babes I was down to 30 cents playing 2 dollars a spin and hit 3 scatters. My balance went to 600 after the free spins. Then I checked and had a bonus attached of 90? That 600 went pretty fast as expected. Too funny. Then I receive an answer and they said the maximum I could have cashed out was 200. Just a bad experience with casino mate. They are ranked top 5 here and I want to understand. Maybe it was a bad run for me. I want to also understand how the ratings are calculated?

Casino luck and gowild are the 2 best casinos I have ever had the pleasure to play. I know casino luck was ranked number 1 last week. Golwild has never crashed and their customer service is phenomenal. Curious to know where they are ranked.

Royal vegas payouts I believe are like jackpot city. On this forum they are always in the first page with their bonus offers. Curious to know where they are ranked. My non bonus attached payouts at royal vegas are almost as low as jackpot city.

Please if someone can provide a link. It would be nice

Avoid jackpot city and play elsewhere for your own protection

Big..... High rollers like me do not stand a chance here. 41% payout when no bonus is attached is not normal. Microgaming is looking at my play check as we speak.

Jackpot city only let me reach 2-3 k when I had 15000 left to complete bonus.

Played enough to know when something is wrong.

I know what I am talking about. 41% is not normal after wagering hundreds of thousands of doars worth of bets.

Dear Johnny,

I was quite patient with you so far, mainly because you were going through a difficult period with controlling your gambling. But what you are doing in the last couple of days is absolutely unacceptable and beyond all reasonable limits of the good manners!   You can't just throwing insults and accusations against online casino WITHOUT even trying to support your statements with a single valid proof! This a reputable gambling related forum, visited by tens of thousands of people on a daily basis and we simply could not afford to tolerate rudeness and fool language.

Take the above as your official warning. Mind your language, do not use insults and please, support any accusation with valid proves. Otherwise you are risking to become a laughing stock!

P.S. Topic title has been edited.

Send me your email address sir and I will send you every single document to back up everything I said.

From my play check statistics which were examined by a university professor whose child is my God son.

I have every single email and chat with jackpot city sir. It is clearly written that they told me I can deposit and lucky nugget and it is a completely different casino. I even said are you sure and she said yes.

I do not a voice recording of my conversation which I was td there is no problem, go ahead and deposit. You will get your welcome bonus as it is two different casinos.

Val, I understand your concern regarding my tone and I apologize but put yourself in my shoes, how would you feel if someone stole 250 dollars from you?

Even friendly forums like this need to see the truth Val. I have no issues with anyone here. I am not saying anything that is not true.

If you want me to leave from here just say so and I will not come back. I am not a person who like problems not do I like it when people tell me they have been patient long enough, I just said the truth. Simple as that. I did not use any form of bad language nor did I lie about anything Val

Please go see my screen shots. As of today I have over 20k floating around in 4 casinos. The 250 dollars that was stolen from me needs to be returned. I have never stolen a penny from anyone in my life. Ever.

Anyway, no worries Val. I will not post again.

Maybe a screen shot because I think people actuay enjoy looking at them.

Dear Johnny, could you please stop behaving as if you were offended by something or someone here! You are quite right when saying this is a "friendly forum". Indeed, this is really a friendly forum, and thus, we do not allow the usage of offensive language here. Excuse me, but words like crooks, thieves and such like are still marked as insulting words in my book?! ...So as in our Forum Rules, which is more important!

No one wants you to leave. Personally, I would like that at least. Your screenshots are definitely awesome by far and causing so much positive emotions among our members since we don't have that much high-rollers posting at this thread. All we ask you is to be careful with the language used when posting and to support your accusations with real and valid arguments and evidences! Simple as that. :)

By the way, if you have some proofs that you were scammed by the casino, please post them here. Just make sure all personal data will be properly hidden or removed. This is a public forum and we do not hide anything from our members. On the contrary, what we are doing here is to supply our customers with all possible and useful info about an online casino operator and leave them consider it on their own. ;)

I wasnt going to post in this thread but i do have a question if may?

Ive read all the posts but im just having some trouble actually working out how the casino stole your money?

I mean i can totally understand that £250 can easily be gone in minutes if your betting £3-£6 a spin. I seen how quick £500 can go betting a fiver a spin....but when i was doing that in Casino Saga that was totally my fault. It went so quick because i was betting so high. I never expected to win because i was betting big, thats just the chance i took.

Could you just explain how the casino stole your money Johnny? Just so I can try and get a better understanding of the situation. When it comes to high-rollers I really do not know much as I am definitely not one and never will be!

They took 250 deposit whe I was technically excluded from their parent company.

They told me that it was ok to deposit. They said there was no problem.

So, technically, my 250 deposited was done for nothing. Also, no welcome bonus of 250

They just wanted me to deposited to get my 250 knowing perfectly well that I was excluded from parent company.

The operations department cleY admited that the support rep was new and made a mistake.

Micro gaming is working on this for me. I am also clAiming foul play on their payout to me over the month.

41% when no bonus attached is unacceptable.

7000 dollars was lost and microngaming said they tAke everything into when consideration. Probably wasting my time but what can u do.

I play honestly and want an honest place with a random outcome. Like gowild casino. There is no monkey business there. No waY

There's something you should know when it comes to Microgaming and casinos, using their software though...

There is NO way, absolutely NO way, for ANY operator using Microgaming software to change/interfere/manipulate even a single spin made at those casinos!

The outcome of each and every single spin made is calculated and produced at the Microgaming servers. NOT at the casino servers!

So, to claim that a Microgaming powered casino could manipulate your game-play is totally inconsistent in my opinion. And I would love to see the whole game log. Could even help you analyzing it and calculating RTP. Or maybe you could post here the answer of Microgaming's investigation over your sessions at Jackpot City casino.I'm curious to take a look at them already and see if a 41% RTP session is even possible to happen...

As soon as microngaming emails or calls me, I give you my word that I will post their response over here.

There is one problem though.... It may take up to 3 months to get response.

All jackpot city had to say was the following.......

Dear Sir...

We apologize for our mistake. Since you were playing while excluded and we allowed you to play we will refund your 250 ukash voucher. Or if you prefer, in 6 months we will respect the 250 bonus that was not given.

I would have accepted that.

Instead..... Well you already know.

I myself had an issue with then as well. My underage son opened an account with false information and jackpotcity allowed him to play.

I caught it in time thanks to Jnet verification tool. When I confronted jackpotcity their response was mind boggling.

I understand your frustration Johnny. Although our issues are completely different, same result. Jackpotcity only cares about taking people's money. My son used prepaid credit cards totalling 200 dollars. He was influenced by his friends. Jackpotcity took zero blame.

My son is 14 years old.

Hello Aragon :)

Good example of my thoughts, which shows that anyone can gamble online, despite one of the highlighted parts of every T&C about minimum of 18 years being old. There's no any way to check how much is old anyone who is opening the account in online casinos. You can fulfil any details you want, accept terms and conditions, deposit as much as you want and lose even more and nobody would notice that.

Of course, casino will, if it comes to withdrawal and you don't have a proper documents that prove your identity (but even then you can send someone else's documents, whose details you already used, as for example, from your parents, like in this case).

Thinking of this, it's probably one of the reasons why online gambling is still taboo and unlegalised in many countries..

To be honest I'm not sure quite how to reply to this one.

Being a mum myself of a 10 year old - I can imagine how frustrating this must be - and upsetting. But I don't think Jackpot City can take the full blame for this.

Unfortunately this is just the world of the internet.

As with anything online - verification of age can be a tricky one. Not sure casinos.

A child/teenager could buy Aged 18 movies online - access p o r n- buy aged 18 games - alcohol - cigerrates etc etc. The internet is just so huge when it comes to things like this there are only certain limitations a company/Casino can do.

But thank you so much for being able to share your story with us. I wish you and your son all the best for the future xx

I'm totally convinced your son could join successfully to almost each and every online casino out there, including your beloved GoWild for example. None of the Microgaming casino is using an age verification tool at the very beginning, except Zodiac Casino. ;)

Sorry to hear your son was trying to gamble...Definitely not the best news a father would like to receive, but there's still time to show him the right way. :

Sorry to disappoint you dear, but technically, you are not quite right.

There IS a way to prevent underage gambling and it's been  used by some casinos from years. A good example of such operator would be Sky Vegas casino. You can register there and you can even play for free and practice, but you cannot deposit nor to play for real money unless your account, age and identity has been fully verified! :good: And this is exactly how all online casinos should operate if you ask me.

Is that a new thing? Because when Valleys withdrew from there earlier this year he didn't even have to send documents off it was approved instantly!

Nope, it is not something new and as far as I know they are using this procedure from ages. By the way, the process of identification and verification is a bit different for people, residing in UK and ROI. But one way or another, I'm totally convinced there's no way to access your account nor to deposit unless you've gone through this verification.

Valleys 100% didn't have to send his verification documents in when he first registered because he didn't even have photo ID when he registered, he can't remember whether or not he sent them in for the withdrawal - typical man to forget.

Nevertheless, I don't think this is something all casinos are going to employ however good idea it is. And I think some responsibility must fall on the person(s) who is actually doing the gambling.

That is just my opinion I'm not saying what I think is right or wrong. Xxxxx

He doesn't remember probably due to the fact that this procedure is ultra fast for players, living in UK and ROI. ;)

attachicon.gifver.jpg

That's what I'm saying he doesn't have a drivers licence or passport.

And at the time of him registering he didn't have his uk citizen card - which is why I can't see he would have been able to verify at time of registration.
