  1. I myself had an issue with then as well. My underage son opened an account with false information and jackpotcity allowed him to play. I caught it in time thanks to Jnet verification tool. When I confronted jackpotcity their response was mind boggling. I understand your frustration Johnny. Although our issues are completely different, same result. Jackpotcity only cares about taking people's money. My son used prepaid credit cards totalling 200 dollars. He was influenced by his friends. Jackpotcity took zero blame. My son is 14 years old.
  2. Hello jimmy. I must agree with you on this. I have lost over 25000 dollars since April 9th. I keep depositing and depositing and nothing else matters to me except for casino slots. I must confess that the money that I have lost has not broken me. I am a professional with a great career. I am 25 years old and never gambled before I opened an account at a casino named 888 poker. They continued to give me more money if I deposited more and they always called me to make me offers that I could not refused. I never thought online slots were rigged to pay certain players until today. I have finally realized reality. The 97% pay out rate is theoretical. It is not practical. Exactly what does that mean? Well I did my research and found out that it means over the period of the actual slot machine, period can be 9000000 years, the pay out rate will be 97%! So if I a machine takes 10000 players for one dollar and it pays one player 9700, there is the pay out. So, 10000 players lose and one wins? Theoretically? I read many forums about dishonest sites. The site I played on mostly was not dishonest. They were applying the theoretical 97% pay out. Today though I was a victim of fraud. There is no doubt about this. None. I opened account at a casino named THRILLS, same gaming like 32 red and others. I deposited 1000 dollars and received a 200 dollar bonus. I had to wager 36000 to be able to withdraw. So....here is where the fun begins. I actually reached 6000 within 4 minutes of play. Yup. I emailed support praising them. How nice there place is and how happy I was. THRILLS casino then proceeded to allow me to go a little up and a little down on different games for over 2 hours. I knew I couldn't cash out. They were clear about that. No problem there. I will get right to the end of my story. I met the wager requirement when I had exactly 12 dollars left in account. I could not believe it. I was shocked. I kept checking it every other minute. The payouts at one point just stopped. The wheels spun twice as fast. It was disgusting. I actually got sick to my stomach while I was witnessing this. I read on some other forums similar cases. I will only post one message here. Do not ever be sucked into THRILLS casino. You will regret it. Never mind the reviews you read. Most are fake. For what's it's worth, the 25000 I lost since April was lost on 32 red, 888 and jackpot city. Sometimes I could have cashed out 4000 from a 1000 deposit but never did. I just started betting 50 a spin. Maybe it was my fault not to cash out. But THRILLS casino is just a fraud. I only put In 1000, I hope none of you reading this ever make the same mistake. DUC NG
