Hi All

 

Has anyone else had any dealings with Europa casino? Played a little and made a couple withdraels only to find they hold them pending for 4 days and then another 7-14days before money will be in my account which for me seems like madness. Anyone else had any experience on process times with them?

Hello James - Welcome to the forum.

 

Unfortunately the processing time for this particular casino is up to 4 days and of course there is no manual flushing at this casino.

 

I have never personally made a withdrawal here, but providing you are able to verify your identity (if requested) and have abided by any terms imposed on a bonus you may have accepted I honestly don't think you will have a problem.

 

Would you mind me asking to which method you are withdrawing James?

Thanks for the reply, I used debit card which they say will be another 7-14days on top of there 4 days. Just boggles me how they take so long other ones I have used in past normaly take 5days max and that includes processing time.

Yes, I often wonder why some casinos process withdrawals so quickly whilst others take a lifetime!

 

Have they asked you to send in documents James?
