Is my account verified or not

As i remember when you make an withdraw from the RTG Casinos if your account is not verified ,it wont allow you to make that withdraw ,so they ask you for the credit card Authorization form,from the selected casino,right  ??? :rolleyes: so i need your opinion ,because i made an withdraw yesterday from Jackpot Capital,so the chat told me if i done that that my account is verified ,but todays chat told me that my account is not verified so whom should i believe ??? and yes i am stubborn and if i did send them my documents ,why do that again  :o

Where was your big withdrawal from a few months ago? The one for over a thousand bucks? Wasn't it Jackpot Capital casino or it was iNetBet? 

 

the big 1245 euros was from Intertops Casino and 2 months ago i had at Leo Jackpot but that was tiny withdraw,so maybe I did write Jackpot Capital :unsure: instead Leop Jackpot dont know,I just talk to the chat and they told me that I have never made a withdraw there

Ok then. So, if that's gonna be your first withdrawal from this casino, it means your account must be verified first. It does not matter if you have previously withdrew from other RTG powered casinos at all. 

nope ,you are not geting me too,did you withdraw money from any of the RTG casinos ?? if not Valdes please let me explain.So this is not first time for me to withdraw from RTG casino,but when you withdraw money from any RTG casino for the first time,the casino doesnt allow you to do that,because when you go to the cashier and go to withdraw ,things stops here,because you have to fill their Credit Card authorisation form of the casino,so send them and thats how they verify your account,and they send you an email that your account is verified ,you are allowed to finish the withdraw process ,but in my case yesterday I did complete  all process so the casino didnt ask that i need to fill that form ,that means that i did verified my account .

you see the first image ,here things stops ,you cant do the withdraw ,till the verified your account and on the secend which is Jackpot Capital account i did the all process it didnt stopped me and ask for verification ,,ohhh Valdes tell me that you understand me :(

In some RTG casinos you can request withdrawal without verifing account and they ask for documents later by email ;)

I understand, Kate. :) And yes, I've done lots of withdrawals from RTG powered casinos in the last few years. But what you seem to not fully realize is that each and every of these RTG powered casinos is implementing its own verification procedure and standards. Some would never allow you to withdraw without your account being fully verified, which includes sending the aforementioned authorization form (filled and signed), copy of the credit card used for depositing (back and front), utility bill (not older than 3 months), government issued ID or some other document ...Other would let you cashout with only a signed authorization form, especially if the amount is considered as not a significant one and is not coming from a no deposit chips. 

 

In the particular case, with Free Spin Casino, look what they have written for the verification process:

ohh Valdes I think Jackpot Capital deserved the to be in the casinos paying under 24 hours,becuause i did send my documents last night on 30th April about 19:00 and got the money in 09:05 1st May  :)

Well, I'm happy to hear that, but I think they still have some troubles maintaining such fast lever of paying all the time. But I promise to add them to the ''list of honor'' after another such positive feedback as yours for example. ;)
