cocopop3011
I received a very shocking email yesterday from All Jackpots Casino regarding my 'dormant account'. I thought it was extremely rude to be honest I'd never had an email of this kind before...and it definitely doesn't entice me to want to play here EVER again...here's the email. Well they can try and take the money from my casino balance, but it certainly won't be there. The point of my post is to say....I completely don't understand why a casino would take this approach to a dormant account. Had the email had told me as a reminder that I hadn't used my account for however long it's been but if I come back and deposit now I'd get some free spins or even a small bonus I probably would have done it to be honest. But this approach just means I'll never even consider using this account again! LordCronal and Toiletseat
Toiletseat
Yeah Sharon, you go. That will teach them not to mess with THE Cocopop Don't all casinos have a similar policy regarding sleepy accounts? In my opinion just a sneaky way to take people's money, I can only agree with your critisism. cocopop3011

Yes I think your right Seat, I think most casinos do actually but whenever I read that I kind of thought they were just saying it! I never believed it. And to actually do it to moi (ME) well that's a law in itself B) Toiletseat
ValDes
That's why I never leave an open account at a casino I do not intend to play at. Otherwise, can you imagine what will happen with my mail inbox, considering the fact I have already joined almost 500 online casinos. LordCronal
I have joined also about 500 or more casinos. I have closed my account only in VeraJohn.

cocopop3011
Well I certainly don't intend to close my All Jackpots account now, I'd much rather let them waste their time trying to take the money! LordCronal and ValDes
LordCronal
And you can even open your email? I have several e-mails and some of those are for casinos mainly. Of course I dont give my university e-mail for casinos.
ValDes
I have several e-mails and some of those are for casinos mainly. Of course I dont give my university e-mail for casinos. I'm using only one email for casinos, otherwise it would be impossible for me to maintain it properly and not to lose some good offer for example. By the way, I'm getting somewhere between 300 and 500 mails per week. What about you, Lord?
