Hi everyone - Im in California and used a social casino that did everything to avoid the requests for responsible gaming - time outs, account closure and purchase limits all included. The site is licensed, by the Curaçao Gaming Authority, but they havent replied yet. Any idea who to report this to? Iv tried various departments here and they keep passing me along to another. Any input would be helpful.

Could you please let us know which casino and we can see what their timeframe is for applying the limits, some crappy casinos don't do it immediately which is annoying.

Hey, that sucks—social casinos dodging responsible gaming requests is straight-up shady. Since Curaçao's dragging their feet, try the California Bureau of Gambling Control (part of DOJ) and lay out the details with screenshots—they've handled similar complaints against offshore sites hitting CA players.  Keep pushing!
