i can only say, i def do not work for winner casino before we go any further. this is my experience of playing with them. after reading on here all the bad reviews. i felt it only right to post my experience.

 

after signing up recently for their 550% bonus so i deposited £100 and got £650 to play with £550 bonus with a 12 times play through which was very low i thought. having had the day of days with them. i decided to cash out at £11,000 unreal i have never won so much and have screen shots to show i an not lying.

 

thats when i started to get a little worried, everywhere you look you read winner not paying out or asking for notarized documents. so i read their t&c. i also made sure i met their wagering requirements. i then got ready for being asked to provide the documents they ask for on their website. i took pics of debit card front and back, passport, driving licence, and credit card statement. all in date and valid.

 

sure enough after 3 days i got the request. sent the docs as an email attachment. was expecting some sort of excuse. but none came, the following day my withdrawal had been approved and 3 days after that it was in my bank. i rate them highly and would not  hesitate to gamble with them, i live in Manchester. England. their customer service was spot on also.

Well hello my fellow Britain! I'm welsh..great to have u here and lovely to see that you have a success story here at Winner Casino. This casino actually has a few complaints registered against it but I honestly think people are too quick to run them down. I won a progressive Jackpot here and even though it took them a while to pay out, they promised they would and eventually they did!

It's wonderful to know that someone actually made a huge profit and got paid from a casino that others would question. I for one, hardly ever hesitate to play at any Playtech casino, and I have got paid from every Playtech casino that I had made a withdrawal from...even from a group of 5 casinos that closed my account because I had won too much too soon from them!!! 

 

But Winner Casino, for me...is no go...because I cannot login into my account...and Winner Casino just couldn't or wouldn't reactivate it again for me! But it is no big deal for me.

Congrats on your winning  . Winner was my topfavorite (along with their sistercasinos). Great customer support, and they actually act in accordance with their T/C. In my opinion a very safe and honest casino(group)

It's a pity I cannot play there anymore, since their pullout of the Netherlands.

1. Winner Casino has a long list of complaints at our website, actually 47 complaints!  Don't want to comment on this number, but there isn't another Playtech powered casino with such result. Check here the whole list for more details.

 

2. Yes, it is true their reputation was quite controversial a few years ago and yes, it is true they are trying really hard now to show they have changed for the better. And I think they are on the right course, but there's still a long way in front of Winner until they catch up the best in the business.

 

3. I am known as very straightforward and honest man, so I'll tell it straight. I think your post is not sincere and genuine. Of course, you can easily prove me wrong by simply posting here all screenshots needed, such as a screenshots of your transaction history and bank account so that we could see dates and amounts.

I don't consider and base my opinion for someone on anything that simple as forum post.

 

And you are most welcome to share your story in screenshots rather than words. Forgive me for my suspicions, it's all part of the job, I'm afraid.
