GESTERN 24.02.2014 wollte bei mir 1000% auszahlung will machen. heute 20. tag immer nocht nicht geld überwiesen. heute 25.02.2014 support sagt immer noch bearbeiten. wenn sie unten europlay casino firmen profill gucken stehet 4 tage auszahlung daurt. aber bei mir heute 20 tage noch nicht ausgezahlt.
immer gleiche grund

playtech software schuld
finanzdiens urlaub
stefann noch nicht da 
stefann 4 stunden später online
tomas sagt morgen oder über morgen überweiesen sag jeden tag gleiche 20 tage so.
server problem 

alles gleiche grund wenn auszahlung aber wenn sie einzahlen kein problem sag das 
nur problem kommt europlay casino auszahlen.

I translated into English what you have posted above and I can understand what you are saying, although I do not know if you can read English. Anyway, just to let you know...I am a regular player at Europlay Casino. I have made some withdrawals before and I have always got paid. Yes, their financial team is a very slow one, unlike most other Playtech casinos, and my payments all took more than 2 weeks to get them...but I do get paid by Europlay Casino each and every time!

 

Europlay Casino is a relatively new Playtech casino and their systems still need a lot of fine-tuning! I have written quite a number of emails to their manager, with suggestions for improvement, but has yet to see them being implemented! I have faced similar slow-paying Playtech casinos before, but I can tell you that they all honoured my withdrawal claims. Same with Europlay Casino too. At times, it can be 4 to 5 weeks for payments to be received...but better late than never!  ;)

 

If your withdrawal claim and your documents are all in order, you will get your money in time. If there's any problem with your withdrawal or documents, you must follow their recommendations on what need to be done before they can proceed further with their processing. A lot of patience is needed with Europlay casino! I know this for sure!!!  ;)

And since our Playtech expert - Mr. Afi4wins, has already shared his opinion about this matter, all I can do is to add the option for our member to submit a complaint if the issue does not end in a positive way.

Incidentally, I am also waiting for my withdrawal payment from Europlay casino and is now in its 4th week, but I was informed by their live host that I should be getting it soon. I have no doubts about the casino paying up in due time and I'm still enjoying their fantastic regular 370% deposit bonuses with 100% cash backs! Simply irresistible!  :D

Well, despite all guides and advises I gave to gamblers, if there's a casino willing to give me regular 370% deposit bonuses with 100% cash back, then it may count on my regular deposits...even if I have to wait for a month for each and every withdrawal! :D

Europlay gives nice bonusses, but for multiple reasons I would not choose this casino to play at.

The maximum amount that can be withdrawn is 10x times your initial deposit !! Also the quality and professionalism of their customer support could be way better.

My advise is to avoid this casino, untill they have cleaned up their act.

 

To canberk7474:  Keep strong, I hope you'll receive your withdrawel. By the way, what is your native language, because it ain't for sure german :blush:   Anyway, I hope you understand the content of the various responses.

Yes, what you say are all true too Seat!  :good:

 

It's maximum withdrawal amount of 10x deposit is a limitation no doubt, but for the kind of deposit bonuses and cashbacks they are offering, you just cannot get this kind of offers from any other Playtech casino...hence it is always irresistible to me!  :D Anyway, if you want to withdraw more, just have to deposit more. For me, $250 - $500 is just fine for the moment. I'm not playing for the jackpots anyway, so it doesn't really matter, but for jackpot chasers, they need to take note of this limitation seriously!  ;)

 

Frankly speaking, Europlay Casino, at this moment in time, is exactly like what Club Gold Casino was ten years or so ago! But Club Gold has moved on quite successfully, and I do believe Europlay would do too in due time! I have been having this strange feeling, or vibes, that both casinos are somehow related, but nobody from either casino would admit it! Not surprising for me though. This may just be a probable case of 'small brother' must grow up first before 'big brother' can be seen walking together with small brother!  ;)

You would not believe the trouble I have with Playtech casinos! I think its because me and valleys are both same address same IP address they don't like it. Never have a problem anywhere else...but Playtech are not great lovers of this

Definitely not...if you inform the casino operator before using a bonus or a promo. ;) Most decent online casinos would allow you that after a quick verification and if the deposits are coming from different names and payment providers/accounts.

Your both right actually! A lot of the time we never tell the casinos first and it's never a problem...but the odd one or two don't like it. I actually have two driving licences so I can use an alternate address (my parents) if a casino is fussy and I want to play there, but generally I don't like doing this as it gets very confusing!

In general, even a single shared detail with another casino member could and most probably would bring you troubles! It doesn't matter if it is a shared IP, an address, e-wallet account, a bill, hone number or anything else. Just be sure to talk with the casino support before taking a bonus! Trust me, it would save you a lot of headaches later. If you still have your doubts, just take a look at our complaints section. :p
