Beware of 377bet support..... It isn't there....

 

I never ever saw that before

 

Casino should be checked out by ask gamblers. There is literally no support

 

We are not a casino police, Johnny. Not to mention that this casino is not even listed here yet. ;)

I dont agree with you Johnny about 377bet,yes true ,they dont have livechat ,but you can contact them in help section with submit a ticket.They are very good ranked at The Pogg site as for trustworthiness and speed payout ,I only had cashout once from them and the payout was exactly in 24 hours ,juts like Jetbull Casino ,which Jetbull is one of my 5 favorite casinos.

Also I've withdrew at 377bet and the withdrawal process was really quick and easy. Even though I'm a fan of Live Chat, just because a casino doesn't have it doesn't mean players should air with caution.

 

And as Katemak says you can submit a ticket and from what I remember you get a response within 24 hours.

Since this thread is still getting used thought I would add my best and worst.

 

Best for me is Guts and 32red ( same as most people) as they are always willing to help and nothings too much trouble for them.

 

Worst at moment and it pains me to say it is Ladbrokes. Having been a customer there for what seems like ever I have never saw such a big company change so much. Bad enough with software changes , really bad bonuses, but there customer service now seems clueless. Can be a week to get reply from emails(if at all) and live chat is never any help at all these days.

Wow, didn't even suspect Ladbrokes was going 'under' so fast...:( I used to play a lot there long time ago, when they were still accepting players from Bulgaria and was a satisfied customer to be honest. But reading this... It always makes me sad when once a reputable and extremely popular brand starts going down. :(

I opened account here back in may I think on the internet, ladbrokes was listed as the biggest book maker in the UK with a 5 star reputation.

 

Never in my life did I receive more incompetent service. It was surreal.

 

I don't remember the details. I remember telling myself to never at there.

 

Excluded and never played.

 

This was after 32 red big losses. In the beginning of online gaming for me.

32red....... I lost a fortune in May. My exclusion ends in October.

 

I never played on iphone. Only on PC and was stupid.

 

Now, I ahave been chatting with their support which is first class.

 

I never got any bonuses. Nothing. Except welcome bonus of 320 if I remember correctly.

 

Their excellent support made it clear that if I deposit, they would do something for me.

 

I never got any points. Nothing.

 

I want to ask for a 500% bonus. On 250. Maybe 1000%. Do you think they will give it to me? Is there support able to do that? He was clear. I will make it worth your while to come back.

 

Anyone ever had a problem with their support? False promises? Etc.....

 

 

 

Edited..... Before y'all think I am crazy... 1000% bonus is a drop In The bucket of what I lost.

They don't respond to players. They work with this totally useless Kayako ticket generating company. It is deplorable. There are others as well.

 

I had a problem with 377......... I swear to u, they did not respond to 20 emails. Tickets were generated and Kayako, a site uncoils never log into was the only way to follow up.

 

Basically it is like going to your local store to buy a case of beer and not only is the store locked, it's not there! Awful.

I see, however still facing some troubles to understand what is Kayako supposed to do with that?! In my humble opinion, it is not about the support system itself, but how particular online casinos are using it. I know at least three online operators with pretty decent reputation which are using Kayako system to power their support facility.

I have deposited at Casino Loco 5 days ago,the chat its noot working and i got email answer in 48 hours  :angry:

Hi gamblers,

 

 

Since my sessions at Maria casino were very bad( unlucky) I've requested for payout ratio. Conversation started 20.09. and til today I didn't receive requested infos. Actually, they didn't answer me from 23.09., when they confirmed to deliver required logs. I was thinking to apply complaint here…has anybody had similar experience?
