Wow! That's strict. We have 24 hour licensing laws here! You should move to the UK

1918-1932 alcohol was totally illegal in Finland, but that made just drinking more. In here, thanks to laws, drinking is one way to say ***** politicians. ;)

Perfect that's me answer then! I didn't know really what to think of them...but that link sums up the answer perfectly!

 

But back onto the topic of bad and good customer service in general what I was trying to summarise above was Playtechs Customer Service. I never know whether to judge it good or bad.

 

Most of the time they are reachable...if not even 24/7 which is a massive 'YES' in my eyes...but you have to wait ageeeeees for a response most of the time and some Playtech casinos have that annoying thing when they just pop up out of nowhere to see how your doing! Whilst I think this is a nice gesture ultimately what the conversation will boil down to then is whether or not you wish to make a deposit.

 

So I have ticks on the good list and ticks on the bad list ...

Anyone have any updates to the best and worst list?

 

I haven't had to go to support much lately in any casino which is always a bonus! Must mean things are going okay! I might not be winning much but at least I am not having any problems.

 

I went through a stage of having to contact support at my chosen casinos almost on every deposit I made at one stage!

 

Yes, I'll admit that this was mainly down to me not reading the terms and conditions mind! :D

Best customer service by far is GOWILD casino. The person answering the phone is always ready to answer. Speaks perfect English and always friendly. Very good

 

Euro casino is also at the top. For me that is.

 

 

By far the worst customer service on this planet is Videoslots.com. Their response to emails are sarcastic and robotic and pre fabricated.

 

Example..... I sent them an email with a serious issue and inused extreme vulgar language. Including the F word and more. Their response.....

Johnny, I don't get you  :mellow: . My comment on you is ment well, I am not looking for an argue but I have to write this.

Why do you always go up frontal, straight into collissioncourse? People, companies and casinos can make mistakes. We all do. On my job I only deal with problems / mistakes and I can tell you: 99% of all mistakes do not happen on purpose. To sort out a problem, you need a complete overview of all relevant aspects of the case. This can take time. On the other hand I know by experience that a rude customer is not helping his own case, because he's losing credibility. Rude customers usually don't get gestures of good will. So please, always be correct and polite, that way you have more chance of a positive respons (in your favor).

Well after months of intense playing and dealing with customer service reps I have concluded the worst customer service is 10bet. They are in first place for me.

 

Robotic answers and absolutely have no idea what they are doing.

 

If I had not erased the emails, you guys would have been in shock. Answers to my questions had nothing to do with what I was asking. The phone call which cost me long distance was even worse. Sarah n from customer service is to be avoided trust me.

Hmm, I didn't spend some time on support really for some time. I usually needed their help about the info I needed for bonuses, but now I'm still doing bonuses and I didn't need a help for a long time. Maybe they started writing more clear rules, gathered in one place, easy to find?
