Stargames Not paying and did'nt answer to emails

Ok!I hope ValDes dont mind!

I created my account at Goldbet casino from askgamblers because of the 200% deposit bonus+free spins on South Park slot!I made a deposit of 10 euro and I received 20 euro bonus!With 30 euro to play,I started the Silent Run slot!After I completed the wagering requirements,my account balance was showing 47 euro!I contacted the support via live chat to ask them if any verification is needed before to request an withdrawal!They told me to send copy of my identity card!I sent them the copy of ID and I waited!Next day I received e-mail from them!They told me that they closed my account because I didnt completed the verification!lol!I contacted the live chat to ask them for an explanation!but they told me that they dont have this information and I have to reply to the e-mail that I received from them!I replied to that e-mail and they answered me with the same copy-pasted message!I think I have sent 10-15 e-mails and they replied with the same message!Basically they cheated me,they dont want to give me my money,money that I won honestly!

Is this star games or GOLDBET casino now I'm lost? Have you submitted your complaint?

That's a shame. Is it still ongoing? I've actually read a few places about the shoddy service and goings on at Goldbet ..

ha 10 days you are lucky ,last year in December i did wager a nodeposit bonnus from Pamper casino so i managed to take theirs money from the number 1 rogue casino .It took me 50 days till i got 120$  but i was patiance and i did it.what i did notice from all casinos if you are asking money from the no deposit bonuses its really hard to get it,so my question is whyyy are casinos giving nodeposit bonuses if they are not so pleased to give those money ??? So bogdangy i was torturing them for 50 days and i guess i was up to their heads  so they finally surrender

I agree with you!But the problem is that the money they owe me are from a deposit bonus!And also almost 3 months had passed since they closed my account for no reason!I am waiting for the LGAs reply!

bogdangy i think you waited enough ,why didnt you submit a complaint here at Askgamblers i have to say i am please by that way ,because i have submitted 2 complaints and they was resolved thanks to Askgamblers.and i always when i have some problem, always ask to talk  to their manager,because those guys from the chat support are playing dummies and i dont want to lose my time explaining and not be giving a solid answer.

He did submit a complaint here actually. But we couldn't help much as bogdangy was accused from the casino in question for providing them with fake documents. Then I gave an advice to bogdan to seek for his rights in front of the official regulatory body if he still consider that his rights were somehow infringed. And there we go to the point where he is still waiting for an answer from LGA...
