Irine
Hello Players Friends and Visitors!I am an online casino user for about one year and because of my curiosity to find great online casino i decided to try every casino. Okay what i mean dormant is the casino that i didn't used for a long time for a months. Some of this casino have remaining credits but i forgot to spend it and i don't know what's the faith of that credits. Please can anyone share their thoughts and tips on how can i solve this problem? I don't want to close my account but my email spam and messages is so terribly enormous
Luciana
Hey dear Where have you found that casino? I can't even google it and check?! How strange!
ValDes
Most of online casinos have a special term, dedicated exactly to these so called " dormant accounts". All you have to do iis to check the terms and to find out if and how much would be deducted from your account credits (if any available of course) in case you haven't logged in the casino for a long period of time. This is how such terms might look like (the example below is taken from the Guts' Casino terms and conditions): 9.6 If an account has been dormant, closed, blocked or excluded for any reason and for any period of time the player may contact our support team to recover any pending funds that he might still have in the account. Our support team will immediately launch an investigation into the claim and the player will be contacted back with information of how the funds will be transferred back to him. If there is a dispute over the account or the funds held within it we will contact the Malta Lotteries and Gaming Authority for an opinion on the best way forward. Afi4wins
Hi Irine. Geeee...when I read your last sentence I was kinda wondering...didn't you set your email to automatically get rid of your spam mails every day, week or month? I literally clear all my unwanted mails daily - the ones that I want to keep I move them into relevant folders for future reference. Sorry Irine, I am not trying to teach you how to manage your mail, just telling you that it’s always a good idea to keep your mail clean and tidy. I am probably different from most others - I simply cannot stand untidiness! I too have had lots of old casino accounts mails ‘all over the place’ in my mailbox some years back, until I finally sat down and cleared all of them...one by one…it took me many days to do it, but I did it! Hehehe. So now, my new and old casino account mails are all safely in their respective folders, except those which had gotten lost or misplaced earlier on. Back to your question. What I would do is, first find your username for the casino you want to access, then go to its website, download and reinstall the software, if necessary. Once that is done, use your old username to login. Cannot remember password? Click on the 'Forgot Password' button, enter your email address and you'll soon get a new temporary one which you can then use to login. If you get a message saying "your account has been temporarily locked..." then you'll have to write in to the casino’s Support for account reactivation. At times, this can be a real pain-in-the-*****, as I found out with some casinos - too much hassling from them - so I just leave them be, as if they don’t exist! That's for the account part. As for your old forgotten money part, you'll have to follow ValDes's advice cos I have NEVER left behind an account with money still in it - only EMPTY ones!!! Cheers!
