You are one of the bullies in this case, as you are not discussing the majority of my statements, you only quote the parts when you can say something that goes with your personal logic, and absolutely ignore the parts that are important to take this conversation to the next stage.

Calm down brother. I have been in this situation too and understand what you are going through right now. But @cocopop3011 is Administrator and does not create company policies. If the company policy says a case cannot go further if the player has played down their funds then she can't do anything about it. I have sent you a PM with a few ADR's try your case with them.

I have addressed the fact that the casino was probably stalling your verification MULTIPLE TIMES! And told you that I agree that they were. I’ve also explained that we cannot issue the consequences you want to the casino as we are a mere mediator, you should contact the governing body to take those matters further. 
 

As far as this topic goes, I’m now going to conclude it and wish you the best of luck in the future.

Topic has been locked due to member being unreasonable. The decision was already given to the OP regarding why the complaint was rejected and unfortunately we cannot proceed any further in the forum. 
 

I will leave the topic live so members can be aware of the situation at the casino and make their own minds up as to where or not they wish to play there.
