Erik20
I was recently banned from two casino groups, and to this day, I do not understand why the casinos have done this. I have only gambled for money in keno and slot machines. Overall, I have lost much more money than I've won. I have followed all their rules. The casinos are Club Player and Silver Oak and others in their groups. I have repeatedly asked these casinos to explain to me why I am banned. They will only tell me the following: "You don't fit the player profile we're looking for." I would appreciate if someone in the online gambling community, can perhaps explain to me why these casinos don't want my business? As players know, they have a house advantage, on all the games anyway. Thank you for your time. Erik20

Erik20 To be honest Erik I stay well clear of the majority, if not all casinos that are powered by RTG, because of their bad reputation and they are known for this kind of thing. I can't tell you personally whether or not the two casinos you discussed follow this same trend but from the sounds of it they do. All casinos always have an advantage (in my eyes) over us gamblers which is how they make their money but obviously they do still have to have restrictions for their players, like which country they are from etc but usually those restrictions will rule out as a player before you can register so I can't see why they decide now you have spent your money there and not won, providing you have stuck to all the rules, which you said you have why they would make this decision? Valdes will come and help you more on this matter later today I expect, but my advice to you is to see it as a blessing! Think if it as their loss and your gain....and find a new casino to play in...preferably not one powered but the beloved real time gaming! ValDes
Hi Erik and welcome to the AskGamblers forum! I'm following most of your complaints here at AskGamblers, so I know pretty well what you are actually talking about. That said, a quick glimpse at your accounts summary would probably reveal the real reason why these accounts were closed after all. To be honest, I expect that this glimpse would show you are ahead in both casino groups, right?! Winning regularly at any RTG powered casino is a 'concern', a 'concern' which would probably cost you at least bonus ban at the beginning and then if you still keep winning, well, you know... One of these brilliant statements like "You don't fit the player profile we're looking for."! The decision is simple, next time try to win less! Erik20
I would like to thank the players above, and the online gaming community in general, for explaining to me what the casinos would not tell me. For a time, I was actually ahead in these two casinos (less than $10,000) I played many dollar classic 3-reelers and occasionally took a shot at the $5 machine. I guess it isn't all doom and gloom though. Club Player paid me on about $3,000 in pending withdrawals. However , like many gamblers, I lost the most the money of it back. I wasn't banned until I lost the money back. Of course, as you know, there are many casinos that want my business. For the online gaming community, hopefully our next rush is just around the corner! Thank you for your time
LordCronal
Some RTG-casinos might ban you if you are student. Here is following example: Asiakaspalvelija: ...you did not read the terms of the casino, if you would have done then you would have known we did not accept students. it does not matter that is says college or university, at the end of the day, you are not working, how can you pay for online gamleing when you are not workingMinä: Sure I can pay for online gamblingMinä: as I can pay for food or anything elseAsiakaspalvelija: I'm not saying you cant, but we have to have a general rule as past experience has shown some students would pay who could not afford to and they would then request refunds etc, which have high expenses
LordCronal
Here most students also works and state gives student-money, so they just dont understand that...
ValDes
Here most students also works and state gives student-money, so they just dont understand that... It seems that your government is extremely generous, Otherwise I don't have a decent explanation of how it is possible those student money to be sufficient for food, rent, bills, alcohol, chicks and even online gambling?!!! LordCronal
Well, it is stupidity to ban Finnish player because he/she is student because here you play your money away whenever 24/7 anyway...

What I have read, there is just some bad areas and riots are mainly in summer (marching-season) and only violence is just dissident republican campaign and main groups are now in peace.
